Phở Saigon Bay, Sacramento CA

First time here. Price high to begin with. We got scammed they charged us for more meat we didn’t ask for. $19 for X-Large and $17 for large soup, you gotta be kidding me. During and after eating we didn’t feel satisfied. Even in Roseville they charge you 13-14$ for quality pho. Terrible service because there was 0 service, no one came by for napkins, Coca Cola drink, nothing. I yelled hello, excuse me, because some were too busy talking to each other instead of providing customer service. Disappointed, feel scammed from this place, and will not be back.

One of the best pho I’ve had. I get #13. Go when you’re hungry. Small size will fill you up.

The food was really tasty and the portions were filling! The lemongrass beef was pretty tender and had good flavor. The menu also has tons of options to suit whatever you're in the mood for. We went at lunch time on a Sunday and we were seated after a short wait. We didn't have to wait too long for our food and everything tasted fresh. I look forward to going again!

I used to like this place but it has become awful in the last few months. I just ordered two vermicelli bowls with lemongrass grilled meat. The meat was not only lacking any lemongrass flavor, but was dry as the Sahara. And the vermicelli noodles were broken and fry as well. Even after pouring the sauce over everything it was still dry as hell. Unfortunate cuz I used to love this place

I got take out pho and it was only ok. The wontons tasted off a little bit, no lime, not a lot of noodles.
