Pho Superbowl, El Cajon CA

Ordered 2 pho when I came in the shop the kid was on his phone and completely ignored me. When I got my order it was leaking a little bit I just thought that the kid didn't close the container properly but as soon as I got home and opened the bag the juice spilled everywhere. Nearly burn my daughter. I will never shop at this place again and I will tell my friends and family as well.

My granddaughter and I went in to get a smoothie, although the drinks are delicious; She likes Coconut and for myself, I prefer well, thats no here ir there. Lol-The service is a " Little Dry" Lighten Up Guys and be a little more Friendlier it will go a long way

Literally here waiting 20 mins to drop off my grub hub order and there’s nobody walked in and order so idk why their taking so long

Great Food, Great Service I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoy there Pho (Especially the charbroiled/grilled chicken). They have a great selection of many different types of boba drinks and food. They have very good chicken teriyaki that I get all the time. Thank you Guys for your delicious food. I will be seeing you soon.

The food was great, and you get allot of it. It taste fresh. I ordered the beef and tripe pho and it was good. Not allot of beef but a traditional pho bowl isn't suppose to have a ton of meat, it's about the broth and the noodles and they were good. They had the dining room closed. The dining area is very plan and looks closed from the outside, maybe from short staff or pandemic protocol? I also ordered the shrimp sorting rolls and chicken chow mien and that was also good. You get allot of chow mien and the rolls were thick. It is pricey but you get allot of food.

Really disappointed in the customer service of the fat cashier. Every time I asked a question he took a deep breath and answered in a rude way. Then before I left I asked for extra limes, not only did he roll his eyes he walked away and told another guy to give them to me. Never wasting my money here again. I’ll make sure to tell anyone else to not come here either.

No dine in still for some reason, food is decent, feels MSG heavy but I still enjoyed my pho, just a heads up to people with HBP, I did get a slight headache after eating my small pho rare steak order

They’re still not open for dine in. They don’t give you bowls to put your pho into like other places. Broth tastes heavily of MSG. Realized their steak wasn’t fresh by the taste and it made us sick all night. Who knows how sick I would have been if I ate the whole thing. Never coming back again.

Terrible customer service by the cashier. If you ask any questions he rolls his eyes and answers rudely. The food is not great either the meat looks very old. Save yourself from coming here, not worth your money loss or horrible experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my food and paid extra for additional shrimp for my Pho. It was delivered, not only was the steak missing but so was the shrimp they charge 3.99 extra for. I called down there and the person who answered said there was NOTHING HE COULD DO. I asked about remaking it and was told no they can't do that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! WAY OVER PRICED AND YOU DON'T EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

The guy at the register, had no customer service at all. Was rude over the phone and when picking up, didn’t even want to get up from his chair to attend us, definitely not a place I’m coming back

Asked for extra noodles and extra meat. Paid extra and didn't extra meat Asked if there was hoisen sauce and siracha sauce in the box. He said yes. There was none. The noodles were over cooked and soup was bland. The worst pho I've eaten. Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off. Eaten pho since a child and by far the worst I ever eaten. I threw 90% of it away.

Tastes good, a little pricey compared to other Pho Places. Menu prices need to be updated. Prices are higher than the ones pictured below.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've ordered delivery from here at least 12 times and never once had a bad experience. Getting angry about a restaurant following the state-mandated mask laws is just beyond the beyond. My favorite dishes are the rare steak & well done brisket rice noodle soup (pho), the charbroiled meat with egg rolls, and the fresh spring rolls. My husband usually gets the orange chicken.

It i could give 0 stars i would.my (elderly) dad picked up two to go bowls from here a few minutes ago and when he brought it home this is what i found.this is ATROCIOUS and absolutely disgusting.i’ve never seen so many hairs on one piece of food.i removed it from my box and saw that the rest of my plate also has small pieces of hair in it as well.it’s like it was thrown all over the place before it was finally put in my to go box.or like someone cut their hair and put it in my box this is so sick especially in the middle of a pandemic.this place has very little care for their customers and im sick to my stomach.

I asked for a fork. A fork. Apparently, it's against policy to give out forks never been to any fast food place or restaurant that had a policy where employees are not allowed to give out forks. Gtfoh! Never again at this place!

Ordered the Beef Chow Mein, they served it on a half plate, mostly just noodles, no sauce, meat or vegatables, unfriendly service, will not be back ever!
