Pho & Tea, Thousand Oaks CA

I really do like the pho soup here. They also great have great Thai tea. I do have one problem though, I was expecting a different kind of pork from the steam buns but I would go with the sweet beans instead.

Food is decent but they forgot to call out my order so I stood there for almost 25mins waiting to be called. I had one small order but minute after minute of waiting I see big orders being called so I was like hmmm mine will be called soon. But nope, it took one of the workers to ask what my order number was after 20 mins for me to get the food. I also ordered a pineapple Boba but they gave me the wrong flavor, I didn't bother asking to change it in fear of needing to wait another 20 mins. But garlic noodles are good though.

Probably the best Pho I’ve had. Rich broth and substantial amount of meat for PT Special. It was so good, I forgot to take a pic before eating it. Lol.

Enjoy the food and variety of Vietnamese food in the mall. They have many choices of boba drinks as well.

Cooked Brisket Beef Pho's broth is slightly bland but they provide Hoisin & Sricha Sauce. Also, love how the bean sprouts & mint are on the side.
Garlic Noodles w/pork isn't ain't bad.if your good with a lil' spice.
Spring Roll is the best!

Friendly staff, and order came at a decent time. Pretty decent drinks as well. I recommend this place

I honestly wasn't going to rate it but since Google wanted me to.it took 30min for my brothers order. The only reason why I didn't demand a refund or snap was because my brother didn't want to make it a deal, I respected his wishes. (It was his food) The lettuce looked stale. If it was for me, I would of demanded a refund. Will recommend others to stay away. Save your time and hard earned money.

I would’ve given a five star rating if it wasn’t for the amount of errors I’ve had on my orders and I spend a lot of money at this restaurant. I know that doesn’t mean much these days because there’s a lot of overworked restaurant workers out there however some of us who don’t have vehicles, rely on delivery of food and would appreciate the chances of getting the order correct is greater than getting the order wrong.

Missing one of my steamed custard buns that I paid for but did get a refund. However I would’ve preferred having both.

Even though it was a mall food court place, it was really good. Had the Beef Pho soup and salt and pepper calamari.

1 stars cause they never read the notes on uber eats, i mean it didnt just happened once but twice. An i now i feel i can't trust them to order frm them again. And the pho i ordered the rice noodles tasted old. By far the worst pho ever tasted.

So I'm originally from OC and to be very honest I haven't found any spots with good Pho or Boba UNTIL now. This place is delicious. I tried the green tea matcha and the pork spring rolls and it is so good. I highly, highly recommend this place. It is inside the mall but it's worth it. They are on doordash so you can always order ahead and just pick up. They are right next to the childrens play area. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

This would be the first and last time coming to this place it was very amazing how they put some base soup into the noodle that taste like 100% H2O. I paid 15 dollars for overcooked noodle with H2O that day. However, their Tai Tea was so good. I lost my sense of taste just after one try from the soup but the Tai Tea brought my sense of taste back and saved my rest of the day.

Fantastic place, the happiest little place in the whole world
My girlfriend invited me to come with her here back in 2017, here she broke up with me and left me in a state of depression since then. Apart from the fact that my life was ruined since that one faithful day I feel grrreat!
The pho was good tho and the tea was warm enough to sooth the cold suffering in my heart.
