16Thumbs down. It should have 2 thumbs down. I sat for 30 minutes watch other people get served. 5 other couples got there food before hand.
I’m so disappointed with the server. I saw her touching my order with her bare hands and I asked her why she doesn’t wear gloves and she just stared at me. I’m not gonna come back here anymore!
Rice plates are more expensive than other restaurants in the area, the portion is larger.bbq pork and fried shrimp cake is good.
I liked the blinged out shiny decor with LED lights of the restaurant, and the food was served hot and fast. The only bad thing was the smell when I walked in the restaurant. The place need better ventilation and air circulation.
Com Tam is good, staff nice.but the blue light is horrible that made my vision dizzy, very uncomfortable. We came to another different Thien Huong but still see the blue light.
Food is good and the portions are decent; however, customer services has worsened. I ordered something that was $12~ (BBQ meat plate), but they charged me for a BBQ chicken plate which was $18. I tried to show them that I ate a beef dish, but they started yelling a me.
I have been going here for years, so I'm disappointed they did this.
The food was fine but I guess it would be even better if they had the choice of chicken booth pho!
Great beef! Good size portions. The Thai Iced Tea was delicious! BBQ chicken was pretty good. Egg rolls we're not quite what I expected, but were quite tasty!
Go up to the front to pay - not a problem, just a thing to know.
It is a neat Pho shop with excellent rice plates. The staff is friendly and the seats are comfortable. We arrived at 12: 30 pm on Sunday, and have no problem with parking and got seated immediately.
My first visit into this great establishment was nothing but stellar, as was my second visit.
I was warmly greeted at the door, service was fast, staff was respectful, and the food was great.
I was not having a good day the second time I went in, and yet I was treated with the same level of respect and warmth.
This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in San Jose.
Good food. Good service. Very reasonable price. A little small since they have lots of tables, not much room to walk, so you always have to watch out for other people. They have fresh noodles instead of the regular pho like other restaurants. Rice places are pretty good too.
Great bbq plates and the pho rivals other vietnamese restaurants. $13 average per plate. Friendly service. Accepts credit cards without minimum.
Over priced. Flavor is lacking, service is not bad but not good. Basic over priced hyped up chain restaurant. Pass of you can. Won't kill you if you can't.
Love how they have thick noodle substitute for pho. Their rice dish is really tasty with good variety as well.
The place is good if you are a meat eater. Otherwise, you literally have zero options for vegetarians. Staff were really friendly. It gets pretty busy around lunch time.
A napkin found in the soup! Disgusting and don't know if it's used. Think twice before u decide to go to this restaurant, unless u want diaria.
