I truly could not be happier with the VIP service I receive each time I have gone to the Phone Pharmacy. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, kind and more importantly; he is honest. I highly recommend him for all of your phone woes. He has even assisted me with my phone service. Don't hesitate to give his shop a try. You won't regret it.

My son bought an iphone but had some issues with FaceID, we stopped by to have the phone checked but were quickly offered a replacement even got help getting the data transferred. I was there before for something else and received the same level of service.

Very nice brought my phone thinking i had to change my charging port. Turns out it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned and which was done free of charge great people great service much appreciated

Great customer service. He even referred me to another store that had the part that I needed in stock so I didn't have to wait over the weekend. Great prices too, I would've saved 40 bucks if I had waited for the part to ship to phone pharmacy. Definitely recommend

Definitely the best experience and customer service that is rare. I came here after trying three other stores to fix my phone: one was closed during their work hours, another no longer existed, and the third (a wireless store) was so uninterested and rude that she cost the store a sale.
When I entered Phone Pharmacy, I was greeted by the owner who began eliminating possible issues with my phone. He repaired it while I waited, and he suggested best options to replace it at an excellent price. I'm definitely returning to purchase my replacement phone from him.

I took my Samsung Note 20 Ultra to replace the glass on top of the camera lenses. It was perfect! Looked like it didn't even happen️

In the past he's replaced my kids' Iphone7 & IPhone SE s screens- each once (3 different phones) again perfect and great prices. I'd come back and refer for any repairs&merchandise. Very clean and makes sure you're happy.

A great place to get your phone fixed at! Super quick service with reasonable prices. Guillermo is very knowledgeable at his crafts and truly takes the time to make sure you're 10000% satisfied. Had my phone screen fixed within 30 minutes AND had the best price in the area.

The service technician that helped me was very friendly and really knew his trade. He was very honest and had the charging issue repaired on my phone for a fair cost and in one afternoon. Solid Business! Highly recommend! Bought several device’s from them & always A1 service. I recently had to fix the screen on one of the phones I bought for my daughter & man these guys are quick & showed me the quality of screen being used. Not many shops out there like this still. Honest and take pride in there work.

Update: deserves a 20/5 - too bad the star system doesn't go up that high - as they'd deserve it.

Spoke to Guillermo. Even though he couldn't fix my phone at the moment, he explained everything very politely and thoroughly and stuck with me until I understood completely what I need to do next. I felt so much better after speaking with him.

Update: I went to get my phone fixed. This deserves a 7/5 stars (and I've given many 1 stars before, not a 10/5, because I waited while it was closed for lunch) for what he did. Explained everything every step of the way. I called the Phone Doctor and they wouldn't switch over components from one device to another, but the Phone Pharmacy did! There were some issues, where it was completed too quickly, but he let me take my time examining to fix it. It was nice, with a nice movie playing and a comfy couch. I needed the electrical outlet to charge the phone to see what needs fixing and he let me use it. I needed the phone to air out more after the alcohol and he kept it open. There were other fixes and he was really glad to do what it takes to make sure I leave as happy as possible. It was an awesome experience. I gave ZAGG in Ontario Mills a 1/5, because they broke my phone by not letting it air out and blaming me, because all I had to do was just press on it and the excess water behind the screen cracked the digitizer. I worried that would happen here, as the screen was dark from the liquid, so Guillermo didn't let that happen (by opening the phone to dry) and the digitizer didn't break. That's why I'm coming back here and not to ZAGG again.

The only place that didn’t try to over charge. Not only that but they did preventative maintenance on my phone for free! This place is hands down the most honest and best place you can take your phone.

Guillermo hooked us up with fresh screen and home button in about 20 minutes, good quality screen, responsive hone button, and quick service. Friendly smiles and hard work deserves 6 stars!
