Thanks to Mark for resolving the missing tool kit! I did get the items in a few days after I contacted customer service. Thanks again & I can recommend Phone Remedies for the excellent customer service & reasonable costs.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Every issue I had (since things were a bit odd due to the pandemic) was taken care of immediately. I sent an email and was surprised to get a response from a person (not automated) almost immediately every time I sent something. I was able to get the correct part I need to fix my phone, it was sent along with the correct tools to make it very easy, and even had instructions and links to a youtube video to show me how to complete the repair. Next time I have to fix a phone I will remember Phone Remedies.

Phone Remedies, especially Mr. Wallace, was awesome through the entire purchasing process! I ordered a replacement screen and the tools for my son's Fire HD 6 tablet. Everything came within a reasonable time. I replaced the screen according to instructions I found. When I put everything back together, the touch screen did not work. I emailed Phone Remedies and received a response in less than a few hours. I explained the situation and Mr. Wallace took care of everything. Will definitely recommend Phone Remedies!

There's a reason you can't leave reviews on their official page. First, I ordered the wrong item, I emailed them right away to cancel the order. No big deal the order had already been shipped. However, it is now when I returning this order that I see the issues, first confusing return policy then a RESTOCKING FEE of 20% but that's not all you will pay for shipping back and shipping spent will be deducted from your refund.

This place is a scam. But I will be getting a full refund and you can too. All you have to do is file a chargeback with your credit card company. Phoneremedies will be forced to give a full refund plus they will get an additional $20 chargeback fee.

Excellent customer service from Mark—not sure if my package was lost or stolen, but Mark made the process painless and made sure I got the product I ordered in hand. Great experience, what could have been a huge pain or worse a loss of $$ was made easy. Thanks Phone Remedies!

I ordered an LCD assembly for a Samsung Galaxy a50 from phone remedies. When I received it I became concerned then it was not a super AMOLED screen that comes standard in the Samsung. I expressed these concerns prior to my installation to the customer service representative at phone remedies, they assured meof the screens quality and asked me to test it before I completed the installation, they were also more than willing to accept the item back. I decided rather than sending the screen back that I would test it. I pulled out another Samsung a50 and began comparing screen quality. To my surprise Not only was the LCD brighter and whiter. The blacks were also well-balanced, and the image was much sharper. In fact the LCD screen I received from phone remedies appeared superior in quality to the OEM assembly when directly compared. The functions of the digitizer we're also thoroughly tested prior to installation and worked perfectly. I have to say that I am surprised and beyond pleased with the quality of this product. Keep it up guys!
