I just visited Photo Boutique at new location at 1600 Dove St, Suite 113, Newport Beach, CA. I can tell this people are professionals and they have the better passport photo service than other places. I want to say thank you for your doing good job.

Quick and easy appointment. Professional lighting makes your photos so much better than the post office.

Went here for some German passport / visa sized photos. The service was great. Very fast and efficient. They had all the exact information needed for foreign passports to ensure compliance with German regulations. Most photography places don't know anything but US passport photos, so it was good to work with someone who knows what they're doing.

We came here for photos for an Italian VISA. It is different from the US passport size so we wanted to go somewhere where they could meet the requirements. Photo Boutique was quick and efficient!

Highly recommended for International passport photos - specifically Australian and Dutch.

We noticed very last minute the kids passports were close to expiring so we had 2 sets of photos taken for each of our kids for (both different countries and different specs) and they made sure they were all 100% sized correctly. This has previously been very difficult for us and we drove from San Diego to get them done. Lots of places say they can do international sizes but then the photos are rejected.

They were NOT fast, but thats because they were perfectionists. We had one shot to get the passports lodged in time the following day and were more than happy to wait. There's lots of nice food places with outdoor games to pass the time in the complex with kids (and a dog) too.

Also, this was on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON! Priceless.

They also have a framed letter from the Australian Consulate saying they'd added Photo Boutique to their recommended passport photo providers because the consistency and quality had been noticed.

The only place I trust to do my Canadian passport photo for the last 18 years. They always get it right and get it done quickly.

I needed a place to get Italian passport photos. This place was close by, reasonably priced, and had quick friendly service. Not every place can do international passports, so I’m glad I found them.

I came here to take Visa photo for Taiwan and Japan. It was very fast! I wasn’t sure of the size for these visa photos and Svetlana helped me find out and got the correct sizing! Great place, will recommend to friends.

I took my Korean passport photo and US passport photo here, and got both physical copy and digital copies. She is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend to everyone!

Great place for passport photo. Quick, professional, polite. It took us only 10 minutes to get hansom passport photos done for my son. Photo Boutique saved us from these ugly "passport photos" offered grocery stores.

Stopped by without an appointment to get a US passport photo taken. Very friendly service and promptly got me what I needed. All in it took maybe 10 minutes. Highly recommend for anyone needing similar service.

Initially I was really excited when I read Photo Boutique’s reviews, especially the reviews that mentioned how great they were with Canadian passport photo requirements. My Canadian cousin warned me about how rigid the requirements are; she even had her renewal rejected because of the photos she had done and they were taken in Canada!

I found the specials on Photo Boutique’s website so I went in on a Sunday to take advantage of their 20% off. Upon mentioning this, I was told by the young clerk that my review would need to be posted before I paid, that I must show it to her and it had to include three things that she listed off. I was put off by this but continued with the photo process. I will say that I was impressed that she was very knowledgeable about what angle my face, chin and eyes needed to be.

While I was waiting for the photos to be printed, I confirmed my understanding of Yelp’s Business Owner Guidelines that state “You should also never offer compensation (discounts and freebies count too) in exchange for reviews”. When I brought this up to the clerk she nor the older lady sitting behind a different counter, were in the least bit phased that I called them out that they were in violation of the guidelines. Both went on about their duties as I waited for my photos.

I would like to be clear that I am not giving them a one star review solely because of their bribing practices. Upon measuring the size of my face in the prints, which Canadian requirements are very clear about, the measurement was several millimeters more than the maximum allowed. Had I not measured for myself, my passport application would have been rejected. When I brought this to the clerk’s attention she seemed personally insulted as if I was making up the rules. At this time the older lady jumped off her seat and promptly opened her reference manual with the Canadian photo requirements. She told the young clerk to reprint them but in a manner that was again making it seem like I was the one at fault.

So clearly the reviews that mentioned how great the Photo Boutique was at taking Canadian passport photos were not to be believed. As I said, bribed reviews cannot be trusted.

My sister and I scheduled a picture shoot to surprise our mom for Christmas.

Svetlana was very communicative from the time I sent the initial email to inquire about pricing and available times. The back and forth went for a few emails but in the end we settled on a time and a package that worked for us.

The studio was easy to find and the photographer was very relaxed and we didn't feel rushed at all.

Although I think the studio/waiting room could be updated a little and the computer they have you view the pictures on had a glare at the time we happened to be looking at them, the photos came out better than we could have hoped for and we will return in the future if we need their services.
