She is an amazing photographer that really makes each session so personal and thoughtful. One of the best experiences as a family that we have ever had. Cannot recommend her pregnancy and newborn photo sessions enough (we purchased both!). Lastly, the pictures came out beautifully!

Laura was a lucky find for me. The photographer who took pictures of my son had moved to LA and was no longer taking clients in SD. I knew for this round of maternity pictures, I would want something that celebrated my body. When I saw the pictures that Laura had taken of other mothers I knew that she was the one I wanted to photograph me. I also chose her to take pictures of my family and I after my daughter was born. When I arrived for my first round of pictures, I didn't know what to expect. Laura greeted me with such warmth that it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable (which is a pretty big deal for these type of pictures). She had snacks, many clothes to choose from, a bathroom (super important for mommies in their last trimester) and wide array of choices for backdrops and backgrounds. When I arrived the second time with my family I was greeted with the same warmth. It was great that my son had things to play with and we had a place to change diapers for both of the children. It eliminated an already stressful situation of dealing with a toddler and a newborn. I am so happy that I chose her. I know if any new babies pop up in the future, she is the one I will call. Laura is amazing and very easy to work with! She helped me and my family work through our maternity shoot so well, even with our two year old energy! We loved all the photos and would highly recommend her if you want quality and beautiful photos to last a lifetime!

I cannot express how much I loved working with Laura. Best decision I made when deciding on a photographer for both my maternity and newborn photos. Laura and her family and staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. She made me feel super comfortable when I'm not usually the type to get in front of the camera, and worked with me to make it my own.

Did my first professional photography session with Laura when I was pregnant, then did another one when my baby was born. Both experiences were an absolute bliss (the post partum I might’ve been more tired lol) and Laura’s level of professionalism and skill is worth every penny

We had such a wonderful time getting our newborn photos taken by Laura! My husband and I were nervous honestly of getting these photos done just because we thought our daughter was going to be mad and hate it the entire time but going to them made all of our worries disappear instantly. Taking out the fact that Laura is an INCREDIBLE photographer (which she is), she as well as her husband and assistant Maria are so wonderful with babies and knew exactly what to do to keep her calm and happy. We literally went over time because Athena (our daughter) was in such high spirits and stayed asleep the entire time other than one feed and diaper change. Thank you guys so much and we are so excited to work with you again for her 1st birthday photos!

When I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted to capture the moments as it’s never in the plans for this to happen again I contacted Laura and explained to her that I have never had a professional shoot and how nervous I was. She assured me that she would make me comfortable and explain how important it was to document these moments. From the moment of our conversations conversation prior to the shoot, and leading up to the shoot, she made sure I was comfortable. Her work is amazing. I also booked my newborn shoot four months later, and plan to use her again to document and cherish these one time moments for the rest of my sons life. Thank you, Laura.

I cannot recommend Laura enough! I was lucky enough to have her do my maternity photo shoot at her studio in October and she was not only a complete pleasure to work with, she made me feel and look like a complete pregnancy goddess! I felt so comfortable the entire shoot and had a TON of fun. The photos turned out SO beautiful and I will cherish the memories forever. My husband came along even though he was not interested in being in many photos, but he ended up having a lot of fun and feeling comfortable enough to jump in for quite a few photos - and they even ended up being some of my favorites! If you're on the fence, DO IT! It was 100% worth the money and something you cannot recreate (especially when it comes to maternity photos during such a short phase of life). Laura recently did my pregnancy photoshoot and it exceeded my expectations. I had never done a shoot before so I was super nervous and worried about feeling awkward and having awkward photos. I also gave her like 80 inspo photos. She was so sweet, patient, nice and welcoming that I never felt awkward or shy, she gave me the confidence I was lacking and the direction I needed. She also had all the inspo photos I sent her with her during the shoot to ensure that I got all the poses that I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience. Oh! And she allowed us to include my dog in the shoot so it was even more special.

Laura and her husband were amazing with our boys! The sets she chose were exactly what I asked for, they were so sweet and patient with our boys, and our boys had the best time! They were actually sad to leave. On top of that our photos came back absolutely beautiful and were everything I envisioned!

Laura is an amazing photographer. She did great at coaching my husband and I the whole session. I absolutely love how our maternity photos came out.
