I had a beautiful cream color Pendleton quilt that I gave them to to dry clean. It came back grey like it had been washed in dirty water. Sooooo disappointing, they had been so great before but now I am having second thoughts about using them again for my dry cleaning.

Highly recommend. I'm satisfied every time regardless of the service - dry cleaning cashmere sweaters, down comforters, off-site rug cleaning, and most recently alterations. Fast, clean, careful. Great husband/wife team!

I took two pairs of pants here to get hemmed and have the waists taken in. Both were returned to me absolutely flawless! The person who tailored them was such a lovely person to talk to and knew exactly what they were doing! Prices were more than fair and turn around time was a few days. Would highly recommend, I know I’ll be going back for all of my alteration needs here in Fairfax

Seeking out a new cleaners as previous ones eventually disappointed me or lost my clothes.
Tested out Picaroto with a men's shirt (basic item) and a baseball cap (an uncommon item that needed a specialized approach).
both came back fine, reasonably priced and friendly service.

We have always had a great experience here. Everything is well cleaned, nicely folded and put into good quality eco friendly, reusable bags. We are very happy repeat customers!
