Helpful and courteous to customers you do have to sign a waiver on a computer before you pay at the counter the waivers for your liability can't sue them

Same as always able to get in quickly an get what I needed then back out as fast as I got in. The Gal's working we're friendly an helpful.

I wish this PnP was closer to me, because all their inventory is just fantastic and the staff is super cool. Stopped here just to check out a the 89 Nissan Pulsar NX that my friend mentioned was here. The for sale inventory of cars all seem to be in very good condition and great deals too.

I had never been to a Pick-n-Pull, until today. Wow! I got all the parts I need to put my 1994 Chevy Silverado truck back together for a fraction of the cost of going to a repair shop. I bought a grill, bumber with all attaching pieces, & headlight fixtures all for $150.00. The quote for repairs at the shop was $1837. I will use this place again if I ever need parts. @ Rocklin Location, Taylor is the Man!

They had the parts I needed, they mapped the locations for me, checked the compatible vehicle actually gave me free water even after trying to pay for them, then gave me fair prices. What more should I expect. Hopefully courtesy and professional help is nice to receive and I got that too.

Today I came in to get parts for my cars.
As I was done I was ready to pay, this young lady named PWESTON from the receipt.
Gave me the worst customer service I experienced, she judged me based how I was dressed, how I talked my race, I didn’t like her negative vibe towards me, she looked at me with an attitude I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there.
I manage a business I never look down on a customer less than, she has a lot to learn.
The other slim young man, has better customer service I observed him as I walked in, he made me feel welcomed, he did the same thing with the rest of the customers! That’s how it should be!

We got most the parts we needed, but the young lady working the front counter was snippy and less than customer service friendly, to say the least.

I came on a Sunday to get a part pulled. However, I needed the car lifted to get more access. The female worker told me they could get the car lifted overnight and for me to come over the next day. I called in the next day and she said the car was not lifted and that I physically had to be there for them to lift them up. Poor communication.

Called a head of time they had the starter for my astro van.and customer service was great. We'll organized lot. Thank you

Prices are a bit high, missing the ol' days when cars were stacked and you could haggle on pricing. But this location is clean and well organized, ROW52 app makes finding vehicles you are looking for a much easier process

Had my choice of several cars to get a wheel hub from. Just took me a couple of tries to get the best one

$2 to get in. No wait on a Wednesday at 11: 30. The first Camry I looked at had the lighting parts I needed. A frosted headlight cluster and turn signal housing cost $60. The customer lot was quite full, but the parts lot didn't seem very busy.

Cash for junk cars.
My engine was in the trunk so they considered it not having an engine and deducted 130 dollars off my check.
Messed up 4 times on pick up.
Wrong adress. Tow truck driver calls in sick. Poor customer service on phones.
Just donate it, don't deal with these people.

Small but decent yard, good selection and the people that visit this yard don't just rip things out they take the time to remove it properly

They have a few cars for sale.
They had a couple that we were interested in (mercury capri).
We asked about them shortly after they put them out.
Lady said they dont have the paperwork on them.
We left a phone number for them to call us when they were ready.

We checked the website and NEVER saw them offered for sale or in the yard.

We came back a couple weeks later and they had only one of the 2 cars for sale.
The other one was sold to one of their friends.

The one they had left was all rusted out and had parts taken off of it (since we saw it last time) and they wanted 1100 for it.
Guy said that the other one was sold 2 weeks ago.
They NEVER indicated on their website that either was for sale.

They eventually put the one car on the lot but didn't post it on the website for a week.

Luckily for us we got to pull some parts off it before their friends got a hold of it.
Usually their policy is to strip anything pre-80s clean before putting it on the lot.

Found 2 of the 5 hard to find small parts we were looking for. 25 cents.
He just can't beat that.

When I called they couldn't tell me if the still had the hood for a 2001 buick they had on the lot. Drove all the way down there which was an hour for me) and it was already gone. Wasted time and gas. Wish they could have told me that before I drove all the way down there
