Make sure you know exactly what service you need if you call because the customer service/communication is some of the worst I've felt with. Oh and don't miss a call for pick up! They'll stand your car out there for weeks. Wouldn't have bothered if I didn't have to. Poop.

One of the best pick n pulls around pretty damn clean for a dismantle yard. And the workers were great good customer service

They close at 6 pm, we get here at 5: 30pm… they said their closed. I said you guys close at 6pm this lady says they close 30 min ahead and don’t allow anyone to come in… why is this? If your hours show 6pm. False advertising on hours of operation.

Not as many parts as the sacramento one probably because more people visit this one, but it was easier to find the car your looking for at the Fairfeild one that's for sure and they had way more of the vehicle i was looking for.ford crown vic. The people who work here are great. $2 gets you in.

Employees attitude clearly shows they don't wanna be there. Walked out after they tried to overcharge.

Prices are up and now the cars are sitting right on the ground without wheels! You can not access the bottom of the car so you have to try and jack them up yourself.

They charged my $35 for a heater blower! They are cheaper new! Not happy with puck and pull.

Got lucky and found a spare tire hoist for my truck, and only cost me $24. Better than going to the dealership and getting overcharged.

I just got my window fixed and over all I think the price was fair and the gentleman who went spoke with was very professional and nice but his wife who I assume is his wife had some attitude and don't think she should be dealing with customers. She was cold and not friendly at all and I was uncomfortable. If my husband and I didn't have to deal with her our experience would have been great.

Really bad experience it takes me about 40minutes to gets in and other 40 minutes to get out I don think this place deserves a star

Is good the organization of cars sometimes is not that good like it will say they have cars and they don't or are in different rows or completely different colors

They gave me a receipt and told me that I could return the tires within 48 hours but when I did they only gave me the tire prices back they didn't give me the rim charge back so I was kind of bummed about that kind of wasted another 40 bucks right there and have to go back and forth more gas money they should be more straightforward about what they actually give you back if you need to return

Needs better track of inventory. Needed seats for my 99 cherokee (electric) had no way to get them out, due to no power.

It was better then last time at least I didn't get groped and violated on the way out by a surch.

They say they are open till 6pm but they lock the gate at 5: 30. I don't know why they don't just say they are open until 5: 30.

This is a tough call:
If looking for older model parts this is your place. They have good prices and offer an extended replacement warranty at a reasonable price.they appear to be organized until you get out in the lot and can't find anything where they said it was.took me two hours to find an alternator and 15min to pull it.staff are helpful and friendly. I will /would use this yard again and recommend it [to those who know at least the basics of mechanics
