Handicapped people, Don’t waste your time to going to this place. Beware to park in your handicap spots, because once the tow truck dude park behind your car, they wont Move the tow truck to let you go out, even if you ask them.they will move until they want to. Save your time to go to this place. The goverment should do something about this incidents against the disabled people in this place.

Staff is rude.they forcefully search ur persons or they won't let u leave theres gang members working the from. A blood from what I understand.nd to top it off I could use my wife's card with out her there tso I came next day to find my items I wanted to perches thrown away

Needed to get rid of a junk car. Went early in the morning. Had all of the needed paperwork. They were fast, no drama, Covid 19 compliant with masks and distancing. In and out in 30 minutes.

When you call about retiring a vehcile they give you one advice then you show up different rep says different not sure which one is right just alot of inconvenience.

They have quite a selection. But it's hot and dry out in the boonies of Newark, a REAL nowhere place.

This place is way for damn expensive and very disorganized. They seriously need to have a computer system and know if and what parts they have.smh its CHAOS in there.

Well organized, rows were spaced so you could walk and work in the cars. Nice people working there.

I was here to lock for a door lock mechanism for my Hyundai Elentra 2007 and it was cold and dark. The place was already closed and I took a piss and realized that I left my car keys in the ignition running and locked out. Luckily had my found and I searched for Newark locksmith, found Reliance Locksmith. The locksmith from locksmith saved me and hot me back into my car within 15 minutes of calling him. I still need to come back to look for the door lock.

Today, Oct. 27th, I went to get an exhaust manifold for my vehicle. I spent 4 hours removing it and when i went to purchase it i was told by Fernando they don't sell that item. He refused to let me talk to a manager and there are no signs saying they do not sell them. Also if they don't sell it then why is it out there? Worst customer service I've ever dealt with by far. I will post pictures of all there signs apon entry.

They've been around for such a long time, they're totally understanding of my needs in finding the right parts and there prices are v fair too- check out their website to see which location has your car parts ️

Clean and well-laid out. Parts i was looking for were poorly designed from factory 10 years ago so wasn't disappointed at 1 i did find. Customers not aware of Row52 app or online vehicle inventory search.

The guys were all very helpful and told me exactly where to find what I was looking for and how to navigate thru the junkyard.

There are good amount of cars but the price is high and you have to pull it yourself. You can get the samething online for the price they charge but you have to pull it yourself.

Great junk yard that rotates its cars about once every 30-90 days. Basically once its stripped. Online search tools actual work! Search before you go!

What's the time I go to this place in Newark they always have the parts I'm looking for any even if they don't they always recommend where I can go to find them most of the people are friendly some ain't depending on my attitude which varies thank you have a good day

I love pick n pull. It amazes me what people leave in there car, and there's not 1 car that doesn't have change.
