Well I see that they just drop them to brake the pans to get the oil and trans. This kills any bushings, motor mounts, joints etc.
Snap radiator at the hoses instead of THE DRAIN PLUGS.
I know they must have a heavy workload but this is a business.

I found the parts I needed between 3 different trucks. Prices were good. Just I think they need to move out the ones that have been picked over out. Unless you know where to look and don't give up chances are you won't find what your looking for.

I was looking for a cadillac converter and this girl on the phone gave me an attitude and tells me that cadillac converters are illegal to sell in California which is complete bs eather she didn’t wanted to do her job or she’s plain stupid.

Young girl at the front desk was unwilling to help. Very rude. Cash for junk says one thing she says the complete opposite. On a power hike and won't let you talk to anybody else above her to complete paperwork.

This place is unorganized compared to all the other pick and pull places I've been to. Nobody was in line but we waited forever for the sales staffs to notice we were there. (They were just chit chatting the entire time.) Do your job. You're getting paid to provide service, not to sit and talk with your fellow coworkers during business hours.
