Pico Eleven Luxury Apartments Santa Monica reviews
1 After living at Pico Eleven for nearly 2 years, I would not recommend the building to anyone as it is unsafe (numerous police reports) and the property owners and management company are, in my experience, unscrupulous.
I've been renting for 30 years and dealing with the property management company of Pico Eleven has been the worst experience I've ever had.
While it is not uncommon for owners and employees to review their own business, it can be misleading. Prior to this review, it appears that Pico Eleven has 21 reviews with an average rating of 4.3. The public should know that at least 8 of the reviewers who provided 5 star ratings are either owners or employees (and in some cases both). These reviews falsely inflate the overall rating.
I encourage anyone who is considering Pico Eleven to talk with residents about their experience before signing a lease.
