Out of ham for pizza, and no cookies (out). Was unable to use cookie coupon. 1 employee, a young girl texting in the back, took forever to come out and take my order.

Pathetic isn't a strong enough word to describe this company's lack of customer service. They refuse to acknowledge any mistakes, they are rude, hateful, and WILL NOT give you the courtesy of a phone call. They need investigated and shut down! They use their app to scam people and then hide behind no phone numbers and will not respond to emails or form submissions because they simply don't care!

We've been coming to this store since it opened. I've always enjoyed the pizza until today. They've changed how they prepare the dough & the flour on the bottom of the crust is burning black. This was not a good pizza & if the pizzas here continue to be carcinogenic, I don't see coming here much longer.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!? ! Our family goes to Pieology after every doctors appointment for my Grandson, he is a Special Needs 6 yr old. He looks forward to this everytime he has an appointment. On this visit, how the staff prepared to pizza dough was different. The press they used before had been replaced by a machine that looked like someone was playing "Plenko". They tried the machine twice then opted for the hand method, which turned into an oblong pizza. The other two pizzas we order were also prepared by hand. When we received the pizza, the taste of the dough was awful. Flavorless hard piece of cardboard was more like it. The absolute worse pizza I've ever had at Pieology. If I wanted something that tasted like that I could go to a Domino's or the frozen food section at my local grocery store. What ever you changed, CHANGE IT BACK. PLEASE.

Worst experience ever - staff was extremely rude. Manager put ranch on my pizza and it was chunky. She scrapped it off my pizza with her hand and then got her co worker to bring her new ranch that she spread with her hands on my pizza. After we paid. We sat outside she said it would be 10 min. Maybe 5 minutes goes by and autumn the employee comes out and tosses our pizzas at us and said “I have your other pizza but you need to come in for it” her tone was extremely rude and then the manager wasnt much help.

As I was walking out to eat my pizza another customer said I agree those girls are so rude they rolled their eyes at us when we asked to hang on to our pizza to take the little boy to the bathroom.

After I was outside the manager came out and comped my drink and ranch and asked me to come back.yeahh noo the worst experience and never will be returning

The pizza’s were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. Issues such as this falls squarely on the shoulders of ownership and the management team. Date visited, 2/20/23 @ 2: 30pm. Location: 505 North Grand Ave Walnut Ca.
