Pizza was overly burnt even for a wood fire pizza experience the char was excessive. Ended up wasting food because the char dust made us feel uneasy about consumption.

Do not go to this location. The only thing it has going for it is a nice patio. Common issues are pizza with the center not cooked through and pizzas emerging from the oven fallen apart, plus they stopped serving beer. On my most recent visit on May 3 they completely lost my pizza. It went into the oven, never to be seen again. After 45 minutes, without conferring with me, they made a new pizza which was completely different from the original and tried to pass it off as ok. They were then unable to issue a refund. WTH? I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company and will NOT be returning.

I ordered a pizza and this is what we got. Flavor was good but I am quite disappointed by the lack of care making it.

Awesome crew, working quick and training a new employee while still making the line move. Smelled great, tasted better, and the personal conversation with the crew was a nice touch. They asked how my day was and what we where up to etc.over all 10/10 would recommend. If management sees this I didn’t ask anyone’s name but it was on march 31st, 2023 at 7: 50ish awesome crew guys! Give props to your people!

I LOVE the food here but my last experience was really disappointing. Look at how tiny this pizza is compared to the size of the box…. You only have one pizza size so I’m not sure what happened with this one. I shared this with someone and it was their first experience and it’s just really sad that I’m having someone try your pizza for the first time and they are presented with this. Very disappointing.

We come every Sunday! It’s the best pizza and affordable and great service! They are so patient!

Negative stars, placed online order got there after 30 mins and it was not ready waited additional 30 mins to receive the order. Paid $3.50 for cauliflower crust and it tasted like cardboard. They need to take lessons from MOD. Garbage cans were over full. Terrible!

Great place to dine with several variety in crust choices. The service providers are friendly and helpful. They do an amazing job at everything. Highly recommended. Cauliflower crust is my favorite.

I like these build your own pizza places. The prices have climbed a bit since a couple years ago, but still a good deal. This Pieology has a nice patio where you can sit outside and enjoy your pizza in a courtyard of the Bressi Ranch shopping center.

Best pizza ever. They even made pink pizza sauce for my two year old daughter with Alfredo and tomato sauce.

I am very upset. We are in from out of town and traveled 30 minutes to this location for dinner. I set my navigation and headed there with an arrival time of 9: 32 and when I arrived the doors were closed and all the workers were inside, I tried to open the door, and it was locked. A male worker inside pulled out his phone and started recording me and laughing. I then called to see why they were closed and the male worker said there wasn’t a lot of traffic so they closed early. 10 PM closing time, should mean 10 PM, very disappointed. As someone who runs a business I’d be upset to find out this is how my employees run my business.

Not impressed at all. From walking in the door to waking out was about 50 mins total wait time. You would think waiting that long and having that many people in line would mean the pizza was amazing but it’s really not. This taste exactly like a frozen pizza you could buy at a grocery store. Not worth trying better off going to pizza port down the street

Nice area, nice outside patio. I found the crust to be bland. Fresh ingredients but a little too " foo foo" fancy vibe. Nice staff.

Understaffed lately and it takes a long time to get the pizzas. Otherwise I’d give it 4 stars, pizzas are good.

Pretty good pizza. A lot of toppings to pick from. Kind of pricey for a small thin crust though. Friendly staff is a plus!

They have my daughter's picture on the wall. So obviously this place is the best! Pro tip: The vegan crust is a great way to cut your calorie intake significantly while having your favorite toppings.

At 530p I went direct to pieolgy website. Ordered 3 pies and waited almost 2 hours. But an hour and half in we got a call from the GM. She was apologizing about the wait and was concerned about our order. We didn’t even call to complain, she was proactive and took ownership to personally call and apologize. The pizza when it arrived was excellent and we will order it again. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide the personal attention.
