Tyler prepared the pizza quite slow and walked like a sloth. He is not someone that should be put in the front during lunch rush. People have work and school to get back to and he was not working at a timely manner.

Waited 45 min for a burnt pizza.see my pic.every pizza coming out was disgusting.won't go back.usually I end with Enjoy this time.ughh

Great friendly employees when I went last time. Sometimes it's a little awkward, but most of them are very friendly and helpful.

My only disappointment was their limited beer selection. We were a party of 6. When I was purchasing a second bottle of beer, all they had was one Heineken and the rest were Bud Light.

Ordered online, showed up 15 minutes later.still had to wait 20 minutes for one pizza… looks like online orders were being skipped. Should’ve just walked in and ordered. And no ranch or fountain drink cups

Just like with any other tyrannical management style, the results are terrible. I have never understood why new employees are set at rush hour on a weekend. The poor staff was overwhelmed and the orders just were out of wack. The store was made a mess with the soda machine overflowing with used ice. The tables were dirty and the bathrooms were not clean. This is not the employees fault, but poor management. Pieology's first impression was not good. I hope they remedy that situation for the sake of their employees and costumers. It is never a good idea to want to cut your nose despite your face. Train new employees when it is not busy. Compensate employees that work rushes accordingly.

Right across from the theater best choice for food i mean the worker's are very plight, respectful and friendly. It was my first time there and I will most definitely be going there again. The pizzas are made fresh with your choice of creativity which was my favorite part of all.

Food was ok.but there are issues at this restaurant that need to be addressed. This place is FILTHY.
1. The women's restroom was disgusting. There was NO soap in the only dispenser in there, so you know the employees aren't washing properly after utilizing it. The trash can was so full the paper towels were overflowing.
2. Floors are sticky and gross.
3. Almost every table was dirty and we had to wipe one ourselves.
And those are just the few I feel like mentioning. We won't be going back. I'd rather drive further for something cleaner.

Online ordering doesn't work! I give this place a benefit of the doubt after arriving after the appointed time to find not only was my pizza not made but the order wasn't even printed yet. Waited an additional 30 minutes that day and then the same thing happened again today so that's 2 for 2. If you really want pizza from here just walk in and order because both times random people that walked in at the same times as I did was able to order and get theirs before I did.

This Pieology has good food, but frankly they could learn a lesson in cleanliness. The last time I was there (02-27-22), ALL of the indoor tables were dirty and the self-serve drink machine was FILTHY. Major not-cool. Also, the men's restroom had no soap.

The best pieology service yet.and they don't hold back on the toppings one request.thank you very much.

Worst store ever, waited over an hour for my pizza when they said it would be ready on curbside pickup.pi. - was cold when i picked it up

Was there Sunday, never felt disappointed or discrimination, a white lady with hat, i was waiting line to get my beer only, i was next in line, she totally ignored me and had some one else help me. She could of smile and say give me sec, but to the lady who took her time to ask how she can help? Thank you, ppl like u what make great customer service
