Piercing Lab, Moraga CA

I have a very bad experience with that guy, owner of the shop. He is very rude. He doesn’t know how to behave with customers. Even though I took a appointment and went to nose piercing, I had to stand outside on the road and I tried to call him but he didn’t pick my call up and there was no door bell as well. After 30mins later he came out and started behaving so rudely with me horrible experience. Zero rating from my side.

Doesn't answer their phone, most of the time goes to voicemail. Don't expect to get a piercing if they "just don't feel like it"

Torie rocked it! I brought my daughter in not knowing what to expect. Torie was professional, patient and attentive. We will definitely keep coming back.

Very rude, he answered my questions then shut the door on my face. Why is it called piercing lab if they don’t even do piercings.

Super cool owner and really knows his stuff.not sure what his name was but super relatable and funny.very professional and had great artwork throughout the studio. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great piercing experience!

Awesome experience! Went here for a first ever piercing on the lobe. Really easy to talk to, the whole process was really professional and he was really patient in explaining aftercare and answering questions. Great guy, and I’m excited to go back for my next piercings

Iv been actleast once every two months and I'll continue, Jon the one who tattoos and runs the shop is a cool MF, relatable. If your a Karen this is not the place for you, yea the shop dosnt look like the most professional shop but if you want quick and clean work for a good price this the place to go. He always plays slaps aswell! Sincerely skinny dude!

In one word, Ah-mazing! John was so great, both my sister and I got our traguses done with him. He kept us calm throughout the entire session. I would highly recommend coming here if what you’re looking for is a clean and professional experience. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time ever getting a piercing since I am terrified of needles. Shayan with his medical background and experience was able to explain the process and make it quick and painless. He was such a sweet heart and I would love to come back again! Definitely look him up if your in the area!

Called to find out if I could perhaps book a private appointment and the gentleman was nice enough to call me back and say that we are all going to die, and that this pandemic will "get" us all, and then hung up in my face. Actually I was really surprised by his behavior especially in Dublin. But not all businesses are polite and professional.

I had a nose piercing done here and I absolutely love it! The staff advised I put it in a different place than I wanted, and did it quickly. It came out perfect

I went to Tattoo Lab in Nov. 2019 to get my nose and the tragus of the left-ear done. John the piercing person was very helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions.
Both healed without incident.
Sometime in December I awoke to find that my nose piercing had fallen out.
I didn’t get a chance to go back until today. I explained to him what had happened; I picked out a new stud and he re-pierced it.at no charge:)!

Piercer did a great job, I was nervous (I tend to faint) and he just talked through it.worth it
