Becky is nothing short of talented. Our little 2 yr old is a wiggle worm and she never skipped a beat, cutting away. She is patient and calm and really set the tone. He had a blast in his airplane and we were thrilled he had a fabulous cut in time for the holidays and his
birthday. Couldn't be happier, all the staff is wonderful. We'll be back.

Gillian did SUCH a great job on my kid's first haircut. She has super thin hair and I was worried my kid would look ridiculous but Gillian made her hair look adorable and made her feel comfortable and made the whole experience better than I could have imagined. Gillian is just the best!

Everyone was so warm and helpful! Was fast but also fun. So many things thoughtfully planned for kids. Was a great experience for first haircut.

Tons of traffic to get into Point Loma. I arrived with my toddler son within their cutoff period and they refused to take us. We drove all the way here for his first haircut, I spent days preparing him and getting him excited for it. They were not accommodating at all, refused to take us, did not apologize or offer another appointment time. Will never be returning. Extremely disappointed.

Made an appointment for today, first available and we ended up with Jackie. She did such a wonderful job with our son’s haircut and interacts so well with the kids! She did a fade to longer on top and it came out just like we had asked and was blended so well! Will definitely be back there with Jackie for our next haircut!

Stopped by Pigtails & Crewcuts for the first time yesterday. Gillian was our hair stylist. She was very welcoming and very kind. She did a great job with my 5 year old. She was very reassuring. Made my daughter feel very pretty with her new hair cut. We will definitely be coming back. I love that Gillian did 2 braids, added glitter and tied a cute little bow on her. Thank you.

I had to make 2 appointments because they did not honor my first appointment. The following day I came back and had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to be called. I will not be returning.

Becky did amazing and was so sweet! She took the cutest pictures and really made our sons 1st haircut special. We will definitely be coming back!

My family and I had such an amazing experience today! It was my son Hendrix’s first time getting him hair cut. Jackie was our stylist, she made my son feel comfortable the whole time.
She listened to our requests as parents and gave us recommendations on how to best take care of his beautiful curls.

Gillian always knocks it out of the park here! She sees the vision and executes cuts on fidgety, sensory sensitive preschoolers with calming words and a fun vibe!

We love Gillian! She is the best with kids, she actively cheers them on and talks to them as they're uncomfortably crying (my 3 year old son was extremely terrified of everyone but her!) She is so quick and efficient we only book with her!
