This studio is amazing. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and challenging. The studio is clean, the machines are lovely, and the classes are small. Great workouts and great education no matter where you are in your practice. I started a year ago as a total beginner and really value the focus on form, especially in Nora’s classes! Nora, Dani and Amy are excellent teachers, and I’m so grateful for the strength I’ve gained. I truly love this place and cannot recommend it highly enough!
