Gas Station Pilot reviews
10The worst place I have visited the bathrooms are garbage and everything that I saw was at most rotten. But That's not a pilot its a shell so
The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. The entire store stunk.
Very bad representation for Pilot.
I parked here, dealt with employee trying to charge me double for an item that was priced on shelf for less. He fixed it and apologized sincerely. I wonder how many others have been over charged on items.
Regardless after a couple hours sitting I decided to look at reviews and WOW! From what I have experienced it isn't that bad.
One star for the parking. The prices are insane. Potato chips off brand for 7 dollars a small bag size of any lays for $2.50. Drive just a little bit more and everything will be fine. There's really no need to stop here but for gas. Learn to send respect, fast and have some control of yourself.
Wow a truck stop that does not have showers is not a truck stop it is not a good service for truck Driver
Not 24hrs Chevron is right across the street which is where we went when he said they were closed, wasted time Chevron did not have coffee either….
This location doesn’t not care about their customers, pumps are always having some kind of issue, bathrooms look like there never cleaned after, food area looks insanitary and staff talk to you rude.
This is just a fuel stop under the pilot name no showers or hot food just drive into Barstow not worth the stop

Yes, this may not be a true pilot with no showers but as far as my experience goes, they always have great customer service. I mean the young Punjabi guy that works in the Dairy Queen cash register. Is very respectful and patient! I watched an elderly couple, sit down with their food and their drinks, and they forgot their straws, and he went and grabbed the straws and bring it to them, for no reason other than being nice and polite that goes along way in my book! Respect your elders that’s what it’s all about! He was raised right!
Most expensive pilot in Cali, 4.40$ for a 1 liter Pepsi where you can get 2 for that at others. No showers, no paper towels at pumps, window squeegees are all torn. First diesel pump is broke, 3rd the card reader doesn’t work for a year and there’s only 4 pumps total. No prices on anything inside and can’t use pilot rewards inside
