8In general, PIlot is a good network with available showers, washing machines, bathrooms, and a wide range of products in minimarkets, this station is tidy, and the staff is pleasant.
The time is morning, when everyone is getting ready to leave.but no one removes souls. At the same time, they see that people are standing in line. Disgusting service, the first time I encounter this as a pilot.
Signs on the door saying the power is out. It was clear that nothing was out. I'm guessing they didn't want to work anymore so they closed the doors and turned people away
I often come through here around 2am. Gas is cheap, bathrooms are clean, and the staff is always so friendly.
The place was busy. We waited for our food for about 30 min. The waitress said the kitchen was a hot mess and misplaced our order. When we got our food, my order was wrong. We usually stop at Black bear when we go on trips, this is the 1st negative experience we had.
No issues with paying at the pump, bathrooms were clean and stocked. The girl at the register on April 7th was a lifesaver! I had reached for ibuprofen in my overnight bag while driving and deeply cut my finger on a shaving razor that had come uncovered - the cashier gave me a bandaid, it was a huge relief and I am very grateful to her!
(And yes, I finally dug out the ibuprofen once I was sitting still at the pump!)
This is one of the bigger ones that is a full travel center. Stopped here to get a free Cinnamon middle of the roll.
Toilet got plugged worker fix it right away
Everything was good but I really dislike no receipt paper in pump really dislike to go in and get receipt
