I was looking for a specific car that I’d owned before that was no longer made and PinkDot had it. My boyfriend and I drove 3.5 hours to see the car and worked with Angel. He was very chill, friendly, helpful, and informative. He was also kind enough to hold the car for me so that I could prepare financing through my bank. We kept in constant communication through the process and he even communicated with my banker to get everything squared away. When my boyfriend and I drove back, he had everything ready to go, all he needed was a few signatures and then we were off!

When buying a used car…you’re buying a used car. You have to be reasonable, realistic and prepared for maintenance and repairs that come along with time. PinkDot offers the option of a 3 day or 250 mile return, an amazing extended warranty that covers almost everything major, as well as not only encouraging pre-purchase inspections, but also offering delivery for inspection within an 8 mile radius of the dealership via the New Car Store and Lemon Squad. They are pretty straightforward with everything and all of this information is available on their website.

With that being said, the car is in excellent condition and everything sounds and works exactly as it should. I would 100% buy another car from Angel.

Side note: If you are looking for something specific that you don’t see, you can tell Angel exactly what you want down to every detail and he’ll keep an eye out for you. I’m really particular so I think this is important information to share for others who are also particular and looking for a car.

DO NOT COME HERE. I worked with a man named Angel. What I thought I was getting was a used car with decent mileage and in great condition, based off what Angel had told me plus the car fax report. LESS THAN TWO WEEKS after I buy the car I already have to spend over 2 grand fixing it. And of course I am not in the warranty time period anymore. If I could go off more I absolutely would. DO NOT waste your time and money on this place and DO NOT trust Angel. He scammed me and my dad and now we have to deal with the consequences.

I had a really great experience with Angel. He was prompt, professional, and fair. In some ways I was a difficult customer because I was shopping from a distance and had a friend pick up the car for me, but Angel wasn’t put off by that. I LOVE my car and continue to feel good about the price and the process. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Pinkdot Motors in Los Angeles. I was pleasantly surprised to find the experience to be low-key and actually enjoyable. The car itself was the cleanest used vehicle I have ever seen!
I was attended to by Angel, a straightforward guy who was genuinely helpful with any questions or concerns and never made me feel pushed or pressured. He even stayed after hours to facilitate the purchase through (tho my fault, for having arrived later than expected). I was also surprised by his availability to answer further questions or clarifications beyond office hours tho not actually "on the clock. "
I highly recommend Angel and Pinkdot Motors. He gave me a fair price, made my experience easy and comfortable, and I will likely seek him out again for any future vehicle needs.
