Rafael is quick to respond on Maintenance request, he is knowledgeable on all repairs and very professional.

I just moved in this past Saturday into a two bedroom. My toilet handle is broken (can not flush toilet), my remote control for front gate and my garage does not work (moved most of my items into the garage). Now I am locked away from my items and NO ONE responds to fix! The sensor on the inside of the garage (my son who has the other remote) says is on the ground so the garage door didn’t close so he taped it up! And, the emergency release for the garage door is broken!
Still No One and it is 2: 44pm Monday! Has responded to help!

This review is specifically for Maintenance tech, Jason H. Jason has always been very competent and efficient when being assigned to take care of all of my maintenance work orders I have made in the past. I can assure you he knows what he is doing.

Quiet and clean community. As of recently, their service response has improved a lot. A big thank you to Javier in maintenance for the help and quick response. The administrative office staff is great and friendly. Thank you all.

I will give some people some advice since I have lived in this apartment twice. Once when the place was almost brand new in 2006 then returned in 2020. The complaints listed from previous reviews I won't argue with they tend to be correct. However you are paying way less for this apartment complex and if you compare this complex to other simile priced ones in the area you will find the same negative reviews and that's because it's price related. This is not a high-end apartment complex It is a standard apartment complex. Expectations should be adjusted. It is unfortunate that all apartment complex buildings have leveraged the whole COVID-19 thing and nobody wants to be in the office anymore, that's unfortunate. However sometimes this inattentiveness can work out in your favor. Pinnacle forgot to charge me for a parking space for an entire year I consider that a win. So if you're looking for an apartment complex that has faster response to maintenance and and looking for less issues, then you need to pay more for a different kind of building. These are not luxury apartments they are standard grade apartments from 20 years ago that have been renovated. And there's nothing wrong with any of that just know what you're signing up for and if it's something that you don't think you'll like pay more to go to a different facility.

WHEN we got this apartment is had beautiful open home with great amenities…
As we started to live here in the first street of pinnacle apartment buildings, my husband and I notice many Inconveniences.
I will be listing them down below.
Number one if you get a garage that will count as your one and only parking spot. 2: pool area amenities are broken or not stocked for Ex: (fountains OutofService, pool is incredibly freezing, not enough seating, bathrooms are OUTSIDE of the gate of pool, not supplied with bathroom amenities) GET A POOL HEATER! Is 500-1,000$ make it at least bearable cold. This is ICE WATER. OTHER NEIGHBORS HAVE COMPLAINED.
The painting and countertops carpet chip or stain very easily due to poor quality. Luckily we were able to remove, however it does Stain!
Parking is terrible the upper apartments park down here due to unavailable parking on the Income Housing up above.
The office is terrible at responding back with fixing issues. And most importantly the gate has been broken multiple times and we were not told the gate password code until our keys stopped working.
That is not all what’s been wrong and if you ever move here there’s no service. Most Phone plans wont be able to contact when arriving to this area.

Me and my roommate who were more then able to pay the required rent came to look at the apartments we were planning on waiting for the biggest one possible but we so very quickly changed our minds as we got to the of fice but and we toured lavish not the one we wanted to see but that's ok no issue there we went back to the front office and i knocked on the door which was locked btw i knocked about 5 times and no one opened the door i could hear them inside and they just ignored me were talking to eachother and laughing and not even bothering to open the door and answer my questions like they weren't even trying to do their jobs
