I wait to be seen about 3.5 hours. Now I’ve been waiting for them to get my prescription squared away, another 3 hours. Never coming here again!

4+ hours for an ear infection. Understaffed, and nobody is in a hurry. If you value your time go somewhere else.

It’s supposed to be an urgent care facility but when you need urgent care they take 4+ hours to assist you anyway lol

Horrible service, didnt open the doors on time, nobody answers the phone, horribke customer service, these folks shouldn't be providing care because they completely dont care, unless your work comp, then they have to see you.

More than two freaking hours waiting for a COVID test! This is just ridiculous. Even more that when I first came to the clinic they only had two people. People has been coming in and out of the.clinic and I am still here outside. They don’t care about people.

Extremely rude. Won't even let you be seen by a doctor majority of the time. Pointless.

This Soledad location is a complete joke. Avoid at all cost. They offer the service of Covid testing, but they do NOT provide this here. It’s not a priority to them so they ignore anyone needing this help. They have aggressive notes taped all over their doors saying people wanting Covid tests are not welcome at their facility with a phone number to call if they want testing help. The phone number works but no one answers (so basically it doesn’t work). Their voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. Their hours posted on the building are not the same as the hours cited on their site or on voicemail. As inconvenient as it is to you, find somewhere else to get help. You will 100% not get it at this location.

I'm writing this review while waiting 5+ hours in my car with my 2 children. The office staff is very unprofessional and make it apparent that they do not care about you. Advised it is at the discretion of Dr when my kids will be seen. Asked if we could home and wait because we were advised it would be a 3-4wait, I was told no because if they call and we dont come in we lose our spot. There organization system on how they treat and handle care of patients needs an EXTREME over haul STAT! I should note we have not seen the doctor yet but since they just locked the doors and switched the sign to "closed" doesn't make us feel any better. Office staff is leaving the building and no one has called to advise of anything except that they DO know we are in the car waiting. Unfortunately we are stuck because leaving and driving to the local ER would just put is in contact with more cooties than my kids need to be exposed to! Pinnacles healthcare needs to do better have a better system to treat pts in a more timely manner

I have been to this location multiple times and have always been turned away. They don't take most insurances, or children. On top of that they're extremely rude. Never going back!

Never going back! Won’t see a 11 year old! Don’t waste your time in this place. Had to travel out of town.

Waited a very long time before I was seen and there was only one other person in the office. On of Medical assistants was very rude and talked to me as if I was a 2 year old and I left the facility very angry. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. Would never recommend this place!

Had a head injury went here for care. Even with having a follow up appointment at 4: 30 I still waited for 4 hours AND COUNTING to be seen. Unacceptable. Will never come here again

Worst clinic ever. Don't recommend anyone thats seeking medical help or advice to visit this clinic at all. The nurses are lazy sloths & rude as can be. They don't wanna do their jobs just collect your money & insurance money.
They also only take healthy patients in so if youre actually sick visit elsewhere.

It doesn't matter if you have a appointment you will wait for hours i waited up to 6 hours with appointment, and follow up visits are the same if you can drive to another town do it. Not worth the wait you will be waiting out side.

The doctor face timed me instead of an actual visit.

Disgruntled employees giving me attitude even when I'm the only one in line. Dr mocking my profession instead of performing a competent physical. They claimed they never got my insurance after showing it 3 times. Avoid this place if you value your health and sanity.
