I didn't know this place exist! I do now though! I showed at the time they open, I went in and out in 45 minutes! I would make trips to the ER when my appointments at my regular doctor couldn't be seen. The staff is also very friendly major plus! Thank you for attending me ️

They never send out referrals So if you have a heart condition you would be dead about time I send A referral

NP Luis Salas came into the room looking as though I was wasting his time. He told me that I would be displaying different symptoms if I were in as much pain as I was claiming. I overheard him mocking me to the other nurses. He wrote on my medical report that I was "aysmptomatic" after talking to me for five minutes. To put it into perspective, I have been in pain every day of my life for 10+ years and I have to push through it to support myself by working an active full time customer service job; I've had to learn how to cope, pretend that I'm okay. I have an "invisible illness" and Luis Salas essentially said my symptoms were invisible. HE HAS FIBROMYALGIA/CHRONIC FATIGUE LISTED AS A SPECIALTY. Ooook. This guy is full of himself and shouldn't be handling patients.

Urgent care Walls are very thin, I can literally hear what is being discussed in the next room, Drs and Np are Extra loud. Talk about Patient Privacy.wouldn't want anyone to hear what is going on with me.
I can hear the NP yelling on the phone.so umcomfortable.

Dr. Alan Luo is wonderful, takes the time to explain. Perhaps not all doctors are as great in this location, however I would recommend Dr Lou! He is amazing and extremely knowledgeable!

You will only be seen by a nurse practitioner in the emergency area unless you make a appointment with a doctor and the last couple of times I have gotten the same person and she thanks everything is allergies and we have had to go elsewhere just to find out its mutch worse and last time it took 3 hours to be seen might as well went to the hospital.

My dad is a patient here. So I took my dad to urgent care here. They gave him nausea medicine. And treated it like a flu. When his kidneys was failing. They never mentioned his kidneys were failing. He's a patient there. They should have told me this. I would have took him to the ER sooner. It could have saved his kidneys. I'm not happy with them at all.

This place is ridiculous. The front desk receptionist know nothing about being efficient. People come here because they’re not feeling good, not to wait forever for them to do tasks easy enough for a toddler to do. The last 2 times I came here I had to leave and chose another facility because their staff is absolute trash. I’d give it no stars if I could. Whoever is in charge should highly consider retraining their staff. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Took my daughter cuz of a fever and sore throat. The girls r rude there and the doctor kept skipping my daughter when my daughter was there in the room waiting for an hour when he seen two other patients before her. I'm never going there ever again.the hospital emergency room sees patients faster and I rather wait for the Monday after the weekend to see her primary doctor she sees her patient faster also

I have been with Pinnacle Medical group since I was a teen. My experiences have not all been positive. I was really thinking about leaving up until I met Michael Conrad, NP. I have been seeing him since January 2019 and he genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to my concerns and doesnt rush me out like others seem to do. Im just upset that now he is in urgent care and I cannot see him for my regular appointments. Zero stars for Pinnacle. 5 stars for Nurse Practitioner Michael Conrad! Shame on you Pinacle Medical Group!

Fast and efficient; friendly, and wonderful service. This was so completely convenient to my work, and when my doctor couldn't see me for a quick eye infection issue, Direct Urgent Care could - with almost no notice - and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Great!

This urgent care treated my husband for a spider bite that got infected. We arrived at 11am and were done seeing the doctor, and had the prescriptions in our hand by 1220pm. The staff was quick, efficient, and very good to him. Would definitely recommend this place.

On December 3,2018 I went to urgent care for a possible miscarriage. I waited a short time to get a room and got pee drawn and waited 1: 30minutes to see the doctor in urgent care as he came in he said it was just a clot because I didn’t have any hgc levels (Negative pregnancy test) my mother in law came with me and she told the doctor it wasn’t a clot she has unfortunately had miscarriages, he continued to blame my depo shot and said it causes clots well I didn’t believe him and went to another doctor who checked me out and confirmed I was in fact experiencing a miscarriage and that I did a good thing on going to another doctor to make sure everything came out which it did and the other doctor looked at my miscarriage and confirmed the difference between a clot and miscarriage. I honestly feel like the urgent care be so swamped and instead of rushing people out they should slow down and do their job correctly

Very friendly staff, wait lines are usually good and you can schedule an appointment on time. I felt like the staff and doctors were really helpful and took time to explain everything to me.

Very nice place to go if you don't speak English. Most people here are bilingual. Very helpful staff.

My parents saw Dr. Tukker at the Rialto Pinnacle office as new patients. They were sooo disappointed that she didnt take the time to listen to there medical problems. She was in a rush and didn't seem to care why they were there. After waiting three months for an appointment to establish and address medical problems, Dr Tukker did not advice or address them but send my mother downstairs to make an appointment with another Doctor because he was more knowledgeable about the skin problem and knee pain she was having. Her appointment was given until October. If the doctor didn't know why wasnt my mother referred to a specialist like Dermatologist instead? My father also saw Dr. Tukker the same day. In the middle of appointment (ten minutes into appointment) she tells him "I'll be right back" and never comes back (remember this appointment is to establish and his visit is cut short to ten minutes long). What kind of bull is that? It seems like most doctors need to go back to school to be retaught respect, integrity, compassion and to listen to there patients. Remember Doctors you have chosen this profession to help patients not to make them feel worse than before they see you.

Mr conrad was very arrogant and outspokenly rude.spoke of Obama's care as if that was my choice. Was not concerned of my physical condition or symptoms. He proceeded to tell me how and when I got sick and what medication I don't need. This person really needs additional training and a pay cut. To top off this $ 119 visit he prescribe me a medication that 9 pharmacist don't have.what a piece of hamster droppings this guy is.
