After the initial repair we were not happy with the work or some of the customer service aspects. We raised these concerns and the owner called me promptly to apologize and make things right. Wow they really knocked it out of the park. They went above and beyond, fixing siding which wasn't even dry rotted just weathered, changing out support posts, and offering us monetary compensation. Everyone messes up occasionally, but after their response to our concerns I feel extremely comfortable recommending them.

I am quite pleased with the service provided. The technician David T checked in beforehand to see if I had any questions or concerns, and then proceeded to take care of my pest control needs. He was very well-mannered, polite. If I could give more stars I would give Thank you David

I have used them many times and I also liked their inspectors. Always been professional and cordial dealing with buyers or sellers asking them lots of questions and getting into details. I have had other inspectors from other companies that were very disrespectful and haughty.

I've been working with Pinnacle across several midtown properties-one that's a total pain right by an alley and railroad tracks. Pinnacle knocks out issues and they don't come back.

Recently we purchased a home that had. It been well maintained there had been significant rodent activity in the attic. Who looks there? Anyway I found this company online and called looking for help. Within a few days Josh arrived provided a quote and arranged for service within a week. The service included removing and replacing the soiled insulation, trapping and baiting in case there was still activity and cleaning and deodorizing the attic.

Prior to the work starting it was a long holiday weekend and don’t you know something was caught in a trap. I took a chance and emailed Josh not expecting a response until the next business day but Josh responded and came the next morning taking away the rodent.

Then the work began the two young men who arrived, Eric and Carlos were very personable, professional and efficient not to mention they are a great team. They worked hard for two days in the hot attic and still had smiles on their faces at the end of the day.

This company is awesome, they are knowledgeable, professional and have outstanding work ethics something that’s a little difficult to find these days. They are worth their weight in gold.

Josh, Eric and Carlos I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work you are appreciated!

Pinnnicle bent over backwards to expedite the inspection, repair work, reinspection and clearance in order for my client to close his escrow in two weeks.

I contacted Pinnacle Pest Control for recent rodent activity in my attic. Ken Crowninshield inspected my house and devised a plan of action. Ken is very professional, on time, and personable. He is expert in his field, and appears to be thorough in his work. So far, I'm quite pleased with Ken and his company.

Contacted company about my rodent issue someone was out within the hour. I must say wonderful costumer service and excellent Inspector (Josh Renwick). My issue was instantly resolved. I must say I sleep much better at night.

Jason at Pinnacle Pest Control is the best. I have been with them for years and anytime I have moved to another area, I have always requested Jason. He go's above and beyond. If I ever have any issues, Jason always takes care of it right away. I have referred Pinnacle to friends and family and always tell them to request Jason. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
