I wish I could give no stars at all! Do not ever apply with this place! It is a scam and its not even accredited by the BBB! Matthew said he could not get in contact with me 3 times! As soon as I emailed and said I was going to report them to the BBB all of a sudden he could get in contact with me! Told me they could not move any further in the hiring process supposedly because of my background! Anyone that is in nursing knows that if you have a background you can not get licensed! I have my CNA and have talked to the board of nursing! It was a complete lie and false promises about getting me contracts! The two I have dealt with was Matthew and Amanda! I will do everything in my power to report this place! I should post all of the emails but I am not petty.

I've been working with my Pioneer recruiter Michelle for over 4 years and speaking with her for more than 7 years. She was the only recruiter interested in helping educate me about travel OT since before I graduated from OT school. Im also Australian so they have gone above and beyond to support me in my transition over to the USA with visa support and responding to my emails at all hours of the day and night due to time differences.
Pioneer have a boutique feel which I love because they are so quick at responding to any communication and it makes me feel like I'm their number 1 priority. All Pioneer staff are personable, polite and best of all their overheads are much smaller than the big players so that means higher paying contracts for me at the end if the day.
I am obviously a big fan of Pioneer and I wouldn't consider anyone else!

I love Pioneer and I've worked for them since 2014! Michelle is the best recruiter and I feel she and the company totally have my back when they send me on a traveling speech assignment whether in a school or at a SNF. I have talked to other traveling companies (just to see what they would offer) and I'm typically not impressed. I feel this company has a family like feel and they continue to make improvements to better serve their clientele.

Pioneer Healthcare is an amazing company to work for. Currently, I am working as a per diem nurse ‍️. Recruiters are amazing to work with as they truly care for their nursing staff. Anytime I need something or have a question they are very receptive and answer my question on the spot. I have been working for this company for about four months as a per diem nurse and will be continuing my contract. I want to give a shout out to Cassidy my recruiter, not only is she a wonderful recruiter she truly cares about getting me the best contract and taking care of my needs. Pioneer is a great company to work for! I have completed multiple SLP assignments and my recruiter, Jordan, always offers me as many options as possible with the best pay in the location I want. Everyone at Pioneer is very responsive and so helpful. When I reach out to Jordan or anyone in HR I get a response almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about Jordan and the whole Pioneer team. I would recommend Pioneer Healthcare to anyone looking for a travel therapy company!

I have worked with Pioneer for 2 years now and they have been amazing! Jordan is a great recruiter always working hard to offer me as many options as possible based on what setting/timeline/location I am looking for. Always just a text or email away if I have any questions. She is honest and fair with her pitches and always works hard to get the best package possible. Licensing in most states is a painful process but everyone in the compliance/HR department is super helpful answering any of my questions. I appreciate the "smaller" company vibe they have, although all of their recruiters have a TON of people to work with, it never feels like your "just a number. " Great community of Pioneer people, I would definitely recommend reaching out if you are considering starting travel therapy or already in the game and looking for a change!
