The wait is way to long. My appmt was at 3: 30 pm was not seen until 5. It seems to be the norm here

I have Great doctors no complaints there, however the phone line system is a bit of a headache especially for scheduling. In my case I needed three appointments for myself and my two sons all in one trip. I had to return later that day to be seen because somewhere along the line they messed up the scheduling. It's inconvenient for a working parent. The staff for the most part is friendly. Please have a better phone system.

This hospital is characterized because all the staff is very friendly and the facilities are very good, making it a reliable hospital.
