7Poor parking signs and information. Could have paid if any signs was obvious enough. Got fined 80 bucks.
If you live out of state and visit this beach, they do not advertise well there is a charge for parking. Was given an $80 ticket for not getting a parking pass. We would've paid if we had seen signs. Poor communication and better off looking for a secnic overlook for a short ocean view. Don't really recommend as a result.
Minimal signage for parking payment requirements and rates is confusing for out of town tourists on crowded days. There should be signs upon entering beach area documenting parking payment requirements.
Closest lot to the pier, great views! Parking is free after 6pm but if you want a spot on the weekend try to get there a bit early and it will only cost $2.
The pirate man was a cool touch. Not sure if the guy was paid to dress up as a pirate or if that's the real persona.
Beautiful and peaceful beach at sunset Got a kick out of the giant cow!
