Great place to stay if you want to be in central Cali. Books fast so get your reservation up to 6 months in advance. Can accommodate large rigs. Constant security and area is fenced.

Nice well kept RV Park. Great for everyone who enjoys camping in style. Ez access to beach! The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help.

Rv park is clean and staff friendly, not the nicest RV Park in terms of spaces, but who cares! You’re directly next to the beach and the town! Truly enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

Nice park, friendly service! We booked last minute, so we were on the back wall, which seems like it's mostly used for overflow - but that's what we get for booking at 3 in the afternoon before a holiday. The rest of the sites looked like they had more space, as well as green areas.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Literally got hung up on the phone mid conversation twice while trying to book two campsites. Ridiculous! Worst experience ever! On a side note, they don't allow anything but full hook up. If you read through the fine print of their long list of rules, you can come to the conclusion this is not the place you want to spend your money.

Pismo Beach Coast Village was the best! Roomy RV spaces, on the beach! Beautiful Clubhouse and largest laundry room ever. I didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant, but heard the ribs were great! We will be back!

Ok. Nice gated community but don’t recommend when full. It was Crazy crowded on a Fri/Sat but was glad people were not too noisy. They offer full hookup, pool, mini gulf, restaurant and store all onsite. On Sat they had live music but only a couple people there actually listening. Sites are super tight and you are really squeezed in like a sardine. Access to the beach is currently blocked by a lagoon.

Best place ever to camp so nice and relaxing. Most things are available so you don't need to leave

Nice park, there is a restaurant and store, which is convenient. I had an end spot and had tons of room. I would come back.

The manager was rude! Didn't like my dog duebto its breed but seen her later with a large pit bull. Hypocrite

One of the nicest RV parks you can stay in, in Pismo Beach, California. We stayed 6 days and loved every moment. Nice staff members as well.

This RV Resort has always been our vacation resort! These to me are some of the changes I would suggest in future! The restaurant needs an up date by that inside needs an upgrade! I think outside back of restaurant needs new tables and chairs and better cleaning of outside area on a daily basis! Cleaning of chairs and fire heaters are not cleaned and chairs are dirty to me! As for the park it need additional lighting especially where the speed humps are and re striped so people walking don’t trip on those humps! One day I would like to see concrete pads but it’s the cost but little by little would be nice! Now the Parts store across the street I feel should be open on Sat for parts only! Ok my overall rating of this Park is 5 stars and the best RV place to stay period, The security is top rated here and are the best don’t change that!

Seems like they squeezed in lots of units with very tight areas. Some are better than others, with the luck of the draw.

I really was hoping that I had a view of the ocean but when we got there we found that the rv park is located back further and you can't see the ocean. Good service, campers are cramped next to each other. Very close to shopping, pier, fishing, hiking, bike riding, winery's and farms. Campground was kept clean.
