Always in search of a good Gyro and Pita Kabob did not disappoint! Had the original/traditional with garlic sauce. Plenty of meat and veggies. Tender meat and t he garlic sauce was excellent, but I didn't reak of garlic the rest of the day either.

Highly recommend!

I came for breakfast and it was so delicious. I ordered their halloumi and egg and took some manakeesh to go. Can’t wait to come back for dinner.

Very disappointed my husband and I went there for a date today at 1: 30 the restaurant was empty except for 1 booth and a couple of people in the bar my husband and I were told we couldn't sit in a booth because there were only 2 of us. Manager basically did nothing. Won't be back.

I only liked the fries with feta. My gyro was not mediterranean style. And why do you not keep mustard in your restaurant? Go to gyro city in Boston and have a real gyro.

My first time there with some friends who go there often. I'm not a hummus fan, but the sweet potato hummus was good. And the kabobs? It was delicious. And they have a deli and storefront to take stuff home and try to duplicate their tasty dishes.

I work right down the street, so I eat here all the time. I love their classic bowls, wraps, and burgers! Plus, the ambiance of their patio is awesome with all their beautiful succulents!

Was going to visit but how the owner replies and deals with customer issues is a PROBLEM. We rate you, you don’t rate us, we make YOU money, you don’t PAY us. Horrible, I’ll drive to LA for a gyro if I want one! Waste of time and horrible, horrible customer service!

Everything is great here. I always try something new and it never disappoints. The last time here I had the 3 taco plate with lamb. It had a ton of flavor and the sauces were really good.

Stopped by here a couple of weeks ago to try out their food for the first time. I am from LA area and I am used to getting my middle eastern grocery market experience regularly as you have many options out there.

I thought the very small corner of grocery items here were nice. I would have liked to see ALOT more as there was not much.

The setup here is extremely confusing. I had no idea which door to go into - which counter or person to go up to to place an order. I first grabbed some stuff from the grocery section and went to deli counter and paid. Lady that checked me out seemed like she was in a bad mood or just had very poor customer service skills.

We also wanted to grab sandwiches so we went to the next door portion and asked for a menu. They didn't have any physical menu just a QR code that you can scan with your phone. We looked at the menu online and we went back in to order. When we told the guy we wanted 2 sandwiches we were told they only make the sandwiches next door at the deli side. So we went next door to the deli side and were told they were closed for the day. It was like 3pm on a Friday.

I've never experience such difficulty trying to eat somewhere. I probably won't be back.

Like many of the most recent reviews over the last 12 months; customer service was unacceptable during my visit.

I been coming to this place since 2018 and this has been the only time where I felt the owners really need to take a look in the mirror.

I showed up today to order my food to go and specifically order the vegan bacon western cheeseburger the worker who took the order seemed very confused and overwhelmed.

Well sure enough I get home and realize she put the order in for the regular PK western bacon cheeseburger. I actually wasn’t even upset because I’ve owned a restaurant in Visalia (juice bar) and I get we all make mistakes.

So I return back to let her know and of course she apologizes. However, a couple minutes later while I’m waiting in the deli area she walks up and ask me to pay the difference!

I bust out laughing because why in the restaurant business would you ever make your customer pay for your ordering mistake?

This is when I became disappointed because she went back and forth with me trying to convince me to pay the difference of $1.80.

Now get this I support local businesses that even though it was take out order I left a $3 tip. So I mentioned to her to just take it from the tip.

And to add on they wanted us all to stop sitting in the deli area. Is the deli area separate sure it is but as customers when there is over 13 people in the waiting area which can only sit 4 people it’s natural for customers to got to the deli. The outside area was packed as well.

Maybe a solution would be to install a door to the deli just my. 2 cents.

To wrap up this review I’ll say this.

Is the food amazing YES. Is it great that they are expanding YES. Are they a business that is seriously overwhelmed and understaffed right now Absolutely.

However customer service is the number one thing that you will always be remembered for. No matter how good the food is a bad experience will always take precedence.

Also when you put bad energy out there you get it back in so many different ways. If they plan on having a huge vision for this company I would hope customer service is at the top of the list.

Whats interesting is that nobody is asking for this company to be perfect we expect professional communication and the moments when you guys fall short take responsibility and help the customer.

My message for the owners is keep doing the best job you can. Keep working hard but make sure your culture is growing along with your business.

Ordered a chicken kabob plate. Cilantro hummus and garlic sauce was very good. But the chicken kabobs were overcooked and had to overexercise my jaws to chew it. Kabaobs which is the hero of this dish was hard to chew. Pita was also very dry which is another exercise to the jaws. Overall do not recommend this place for kabobs.

Delicious food and a great bar to hang out in. We had dinner in the bar area, and although they were a little busy, the bartender made sure to get over to us and take our order, and get us drinks. Food was amazing! Very flavorful, and well made, with very big portion sizes. Beer selection was great too. Even had 3 of our beers on tap!

Overall a wonderful experience at Pita Kabob! 5 stars would be nice, but I felt the food was lacking a bit in taste and seasoning. It was great, but not the best. The staff were great and helpful and no problem with parking. The jalapeno hummus is good, but not spicy what so ever. The price is good for what you get.

Update September 19th 2021:

I am going back through all my reviews of restaurants to be more stringent and to compete my due diligence of each. I have set forth three rules that all restaurant will need to follow to get a three star rating.

The three rules for restaurants is the keep it fresh, keep it clean, and keep it simple!

Getting a four or five star will become harder, but not impossible! Why? Well, people rating poor restaurants as five stars when they are barely a two or three is commonplace in maps and I would like to fix this problem.

Just visited the new deli that they opened next door to their restaurant. The food was great as always; got a veggie & hummus sandwich, tabouleh and hummus on the side. The food was great mind you, but the service was not. The cashier was passive, kind of vacant and forgot the rest of our order. When asked where our pita bread was with our hummus, she acted like that wasn't part of the option when it clearly says "served with pita bread. " I'll be back because this establishment is amazing with their offerings, but the staff at this new place needs improvement.
