The place smelled delicious when we came in (good sign!). The gentleman that took our order was the nicest. Excellent customer service, we saw as they helped several people for takeout, always a big smile. Now, the food: great flavors, big portions, everything was delicious. My boyfriend got the gyro sandwich and I got the gyro plate. We realized we probably could've order one for the two of us. But, we ate as much as we could and took the rest home, win win. Will definitely be back and bring the whole family.

Don't let the gas station strip mall fool, ya. A surprisingly delicious authentic Mediterranean meal. Great spot for grabbing take out!

Absolutely delicious gyro sandwich, amazingly large greek salad with tons of roasted veggies and a chicken kebab, and the falafel was the best. The service was also super friendly and prompt, highly recommend!

It was definitely not the way I remembered it. Nice young lady took my order. I belive it's new owners. I will not be running back soon. But every one has an off day.
And I hate leaving a bad review, so maybe I can try again.

It's all about the Pita! The wraps are actually too full to eat so get some extra and split into two wraps.

This has been our favorite Greek food in all of San Diego for the last decade. Apparently it is Under New Management. They did a great job with the food, though it isn't quite what it used to be. The gyros, chicken, rice, and Greek salad are all wonderful. They used a different type of beef and it was very grisly. The new manager said they were going to switch over to angus, so the next time I go in I will give it another shot. Still five stars though.

The atmosphere is not really one that you go to for a romantic evening or five star experience. It's more of a place to sit and eat your to-go order. No air conditioning. No metal silverware. No plates. But the food is great the people are nice and the prices are good.

In fact, the prices are lower than they used to be, which is a nice change considering the economy and inflation have gone insane. We spent $33 after tax and tip on a meal that used to cost us $55 there.

I do highly recommend you try this restaurant. Get the gyro combo plate. If they have replaced the beef with angus, try the beef. Otherwise get the gyros, with chicken, and salad, and rice, and vegetables. Awesome.

The most generous restaurant ever. Food is soo good and clean. Prices are the best compared of the food big portions! Love it! Highly recommended.

Excellent! Don’t be put off by the location and simple atmosphere—the food is yummy. Pita chips are addictive; so are the picked garlic.

Falafel was very good & server/manager was very accommodating polite & fast.
Though I wished it were cooler in there, but that's ok!

Deliciously cooked with a variety of meats, veggies, fresh pita, and yummy sauce BUT 1 plate can feed 2-3 people! We were on the road and asked the owner and he said one plate fed 1 (no sir, that's way too much food). The takeout box was piled full with delicious foods we couldn't finish so we had to throw out a bunch which was wasted money.

It was so yummy The owner is also the chef; he was able to get the food out pretty quickly!

This place makes for that hit the spot! The parking is kind of tight and literally right next to a gas stations gas pumps, so be careful! But totally worth it!

One of the hidden gems of this city. This little one stop shop is owned and operated by one of the hardest workers I've ever seen! There isn't a moment he isn't on the move from one side of the store to the next, expertly taking orders, making delicious meals to serving customers. I've never seen such a comprehensive customer service experience delivered by one person! Definitely the freshest Mediterranean cuisine I've had, cooked and seasoned to perfection

Consistently delicious and large portions. No other restaurant comes close to portion size. Alfredo the cook is awesome, he runs a tight ship and is always happy. A gem tucked away in Escondido!

My mom isn't big on lamb and loved the lamb shank. Tasted like lean roast beef, big portions.

Not much accommodation for eating inside, take it home if you can.
