I work there and we do our best to send out packages as if it was our own packages getting sent to us

If you have a package throw them its highly likely its a scam.they will not reply and answer why my package was over 100 days held up.when i got my package it was a scam.luckily i ordered and used paypal.i got my money back but it was a mail fraud order.another order from a different vendor the same thing.but this time the package was only held for 2 days.but the same think i did not get what i ordered.now if i get notification that its going throw them i reject the order.

Have been waiting 2 months for my package! 2 MONTHS! No explanation - tracking info changes daily - with delivery date being late and then later. Just an awful shipping company.

How can you get this place to close out of business? Those people hold up my package for 63 days, and not showing any signs of movement. I start to believe they lost/stole it. My package was coming from China, and was moving very fast, until it ended up at those junkies facility. Why does this place exist and in business?

First time my Boxy Charm has gone through this location and my address magically changes to a different city? Never received my product and now fighting for refund or replacement. There's a thief in here.

Since my package has been lost here for so long I DECIDED TO GET A JOB HERE AND CHECK FOR MYSELF. Some little guy with tattoos always yelling at the staff, moral doesent seem to exist here. & supervisors working as employees? Who is making sure my package is getting delivered? The whole operation is falling apart

Where is my shipments? I can see from the tracking number it has been at your facility with out moving for over 40 days. You’re closed and still keeping peoples shipments. Terrible place

Looking at the comments and from my experience, it seems like ADIDAS packages are they’re favorite to steal. Won’t order from Adidas anymore if they’re using this company to deliver my items! How is PB still in business? !

This company never gives you your 40 hrs. Don’t apply here unless you want to be sent home pretty often

My package has been stuck on USPS Awaiting since august 19 it is now September 1st. Absolutely horrible company and I can see that everyone has this problem. Why are they still in business?
Edit yet another package through them. I hate how companies ship through them. I guess I might as well give up

I bought some shirts from grunt style for my kids and I never had an issue with there delivery service until they used this carrier for service. Grunt style made a mistake using Pitney Bowes but I’m hopeful I get my merchandise soon.

I used to do security here and boy I have not seen so many thieves in one building at the same time and the biggest thieves were the managers and of course some of the security guards.just imagine being a security guard and catching your coworker another security guard stealing this place was a joke thank God I am not there anymore I was stressing out so much

This is ridiculous. My parcel hasn't moved in three weeks. I'll never buy from anywhere that uses this company. I don't understand how they stay in business.

This is the 3rd time now that one of my packages have gotten stuck here. Fix what you guys are doing, or stop stealing packages ‍️

Litterly my package has been there for 5 months it’s never coming to me the worst shipping place ever

I’ve had a package sitting there for the last 4 days with NO UPDATES. It’s been stuck at “USPS awaiting item” for days and they don’t even have a customer service line.at this point, i doubt i’ll be getting my package.

My package has been in this facility stuck at “USPS Awaiting Item” for ELEVEN days with no updates. The reviews on this place make me worried if I’ll ever receive my package. I’ve filed two help requests to USPS. Hopefully I get my package.
