Pizza Hut, Norwalk CA

So our first visit was excellent but the seconds one was as well as the first but our pizza was burnt but just warm. They never get our name down so I don't know when it was ready. They do accept ebt. They were busy so ill let it go. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars

I usually like Pizza Hut and I was seeking out some reliable pizza for myself and my boyfriend's family tonight so I ended up ordering $80 of food. I requested contact-less delivery (I had gotten it a couple times before and they'd just leave my pizza at the door which is great especially for when I'm busy and because I have crazy anxiety.) but when the delivery guy arrived he started knocking on the house windows. This already bothered me a bit, but I let it go because it's just a delivery driver. I was just excited for pizza. I realised as he pulled away that my breadsticks were missing, I was already put off at this point so I just thought "whatever that's fine I guess I'll call and ask for a refund on the breadsticks". That went fine, but the thing that ruined the night was that the pizzas had essentially no pizza dough.it was all sauce, cheese, and toppings, with the thinnest layer of bread. I honestly feel like I just wasted 90 bucks. (I tipped 10 for the driver).
I wanted to give them feedback the right way, they have a website listed on the receipt called tellpizzahut.com. I went there and it asked for the code on my receipt. I swear to you, I looked for a good 30 minutes to find no code at all. I had no way of giving them feedback on my order.tldr: only really get pizza hut for their dinner boxes and nothing else. It's not worth it. I wish I had just gotten the dinner box.
Or just order Papa Johns. Papa Johns has yet to let me down.

Marleny is apparantly the "manager" yet she is SUPER RUDE! Obviouly not trained since she doesn't know how to work the computer and doesn't know what specials they have going. Pizza Hut really dropped their standards! Won't be going here again.

I order pizza yesterday and it took over an hour to get my order delivered my pizza and wings were warm almost cold.but besides that the driver was very apologetic and nice

Good deals keep me coming back! Pizza tastes great, always fresh n hot. I order online for pickup, I arrive, check in and they hand me my pizza. Easy process, delicious results.

Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean and my order was fresh and made perfectly

This is a great pizza hut.not such a good location. Park in the front because of the alley traffic of homeless and the liquor store next door. I also like the chicken alfredo pasta here

I edited an order, and the changes were not made to my order. Other than that, great service from my pizza hut location.

We have loved pizza hut for years, when money got tight due to my husband losing his job at Disneyland due to covid 19. We were unable to order as much as we like. With the contactless pick-up my husband was able to bypass the delivery fee.

Love their cheese stuffed pizza n hot wings the brownie chocolate cookie is delicious also. Fast friendly workers good parking next to good liquor store lots of tequila good prices.

When I ask for my order. Marleny ask cash or card I said can I use my ebt, she rolls her eyes at me and speak in a low voice cash back or food? I said food and she like what? She ask again cash or food stamps? I told her food. She don't have a reason to roll her eyes or at rude to me just because I'm using EbT. She should be spoken too by the manager. She didn't use gloves when she head me my food.

Get my order right. There’s a big difference between a veggie and a cheese pizza. My twelve piece wings was completely ignored. The gratuity was required. What’s that all about for a delivery. So I ordered forty dollars and paid thirty dollars of the wrong order. Wasted funds.

Make sure the order is correct before leaving the store. Be professional when taking a complaint call.

The fast and great food. Just needs to offer all customers with condiments not just who they like.

The pizza and wings were very good however I did not get all the sides that I order with my delivery. I purchased red pepper flakes and still did not receive them. It is already upsetting enough to have to pay and after paying I still did not get one thing of pepper flakes.
