Pizza Hut, San Bernardino CA

I'm old school and I called in my order. And they follow all the protocol of this new age of Cov-19. Pizza was ready when I got there. And it was great

Not good at all! They gave me old Pizza! God knows how Long. The tase was old. Like they just rehaheated, and gave it to me. And payed 40+$ for it! Just for a 1 regular & 1 medium thin. Witch wouldn't mind paying, but not for old Pizza

It really took a long time to be delivered and was basically cold when it arrived at my home.

They got that good good classic stuffed crust. I placed a mobile order recently but when I arrived to pick up the food there was not a designated park spot for app/to-go orders. Just a heads up. I just parked as close as I could to the door. The parking lot is only so big.they cant miss you. Food looked great, was hot, and worker was very nice and helpful.

I ordered the pizza for delivery and he went to the wrong house even tho the house # was listed right in the front for both house, that tells me he wasn’t paying attention. He then texts me “I left the pizza outside” so I had to walk to my neighbors and get it and he was still there in his car. The least he could have done was get out and bring it to me since it was his mistake. Some customer service

My pizza was less then room tempter. I was in my car outside of the location, and went inside in ten minutes after I ordered. I live less then 3 minutes from that Pizza-hut, and my Pizza was less then room tempter.a big disappointment

If I use the Pizza Hut points for a item I should be entitled to that item and not having to deal with paying cash for it and my item being denied.

The alfredo pasta and cheese bread were good, but unfortunately the cinnamon rolls were still raw in the middle. They were inedible.

My delivery came 2 hours later the driver left my order outside on someones vehicle. I was charged for delivery and tipped via website requirements never received the pizza where my refund.

Been to just about every other pizza hut in the same area and this one is the worst by far. The food is always overcooked and the portions are a joke to them even if you order extra. Food quality is barely average. Absolutely stay away from their pastas, they look nothing like the pictures advertised. Reluctantly giving them 2 stars because customer service is always decent.

I order my pizza at 9: 10 am. We waited until. 9: 50 pm and no delivery. I called at 10: 00, and inquired about my order they told me to wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes i contactes again. They told me that my order just went out, and I should wait 10 minutes more. I called again and this time a female told.me.my they only had one driver. I had to wait another 30 minutes. My family had to wait 1 hourn30 minutes for somone to tell me this. This is beyond unacceptable. The manager was rude. I tried calling again but they hang up. They give Pizza hut a bad name. I will contact corp office and complain.

When I called my order in last nite was awful the breadsticks were hard and crunchy the pasta was hard and mushy it was very unpleasant and disturbing

Pains me to say this but Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza in the world but of late it just hasn't been the same I don't know what changed but the impersonal service you get at places like G and Baseline behind glass is just you feel like a fish in a bubble what happened to customer service and
