Pizza Hut, San Diego CA

I came to pick up a scheduled order I placed earlier in the day. I came 15 minutes early. A lady by the name of Jasmine yelled me the top of her lungs, " I don't know why he is 15 minutes early. The order is for 6: 15pm. " She then proceeded to walk away without acknowledging me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. She could have said your order is not ready, but had to make a scene. Extremely unprofessional. Customer service needs to ve addressed at this location.

Did not make my pizza correctly. I didn't notice until I got all the way home and ended up throwing half the pizza away.

The pizza addiction strikes again, this time passed the curfew of many local businesses. Pizza Hut in Mira Mesa was the only pizza shop open after 10: 00pm so I needed to make a journey there to beat the craving. Strangely enough, I decided to forgo the pizza this time and get me one of their new menu items, the oven-baked pasta. Going to the restaurant about half an hour before close, it was not strange to see that the workers were tired, I would be too. The restaurant itself seemed pretty clean and smelled good. My order was waiting for me and I promptly left after leaving my signature.

Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta: 4/5
I honestly was not expecting much, but this oven-baked pasta was great. The baked cheese on top was nice and crispy. The noodles to sauce ratio was good and incredibly fresh. The chicken reminded me of chicken you find in microwavable dinners in the best possible way: moist, well-seasoned, and tender. The dish was rich without being overly cheesy. They topped the entire plate with the same seasoning that they put on the cheese sticks, which I found unnecessary and redundant. The portion is great and this could be easily shared between two people as a small meal or a big meal for one chungus. I am a chungus.

When you order the oven-baked pasta, it comes with a side of breadsticks. For $1 more, you can upgrade to cheese sticks, which I opted for. The cheese sticks themselves were pretty soft and had a lot of crispy cheese as well as a layer of that parmesan seasoning on top. As cheesy as it was, there was a surprising lack of flavor and the overall bread tasted very bland. Also, in the photos on the Pizza Hut website, the cheese sticks look much more like pizza with melted cheese rather than the rather harshly toasted version I was given. A quick heads up that they do not give you marinara sauce with the pasta, or they might have just forgotten haha.

The service at this Pizza Hut was good. I had ordered a pickup. The order was accurate and ready on time as it stated on the online ordering app. The store was able to add an item to the order at the spot and get it ready almost immediately as I had forgotten to add it at the time of placing the order. Overall, a good location, dedicated employees, and quick service.

Order the Edge Pizza and tasted like it was baked on a sheet of cardboard, and the topping were over baked it was so dry.

The stuffed crust pizza is to die for. Stuffed with cheese inside, we selected our own toppings, and the hot chicken was okay but pizza won our heart. Really good and fresh toppings.

Nothing like piping hot pizza, exactly the way I like it. Fast, cheap, delicious, and convenient, couldn't ask for more!

Whatvis the point of pick up if i am going to be waiting 20 additional to the time i was given

My Thin n Crispy pizza was NOT crispy at ALL, it was soggy and doughy. Not good tasting at all! Very Disappointed!

Overall, I was satisfied with the specific location. I am somewhat disappointed that the closer location to me that I preferred to visit had closed, to become another pizza shop. I was mostly dissatisfied with the specific order that was placed. I was interested in the "Triple Treat Box" as seen in a TV commercial. My family liked the idea of "drawers" of pizza and that is what we were expecting to receive. However, 3 pizza boxes in another box is what was received. No fault of the location, just we expected the clever packaging as seen in the commercial.

I did not receive a receipt. I called the store and the employee I spoke with said they would email the receipt. I still have not received it.

It took the driver over 35 minutes to get to our house that is only 5 minutes away from the restaraunt. We cancelled our order. Our total, including tax, delivery fee and tip, was almost $50 for 2 large pizzas. This is not acceptable.

I love Pizza Hut, but this location has dropped the ball a couple of times. I love accumulating points to use for free menu items and I appreciate the price. However, I'm at the point of wanting to pay the extra few dollars at Best Brew Pizza for a correct order. I ordered pizza and wings, pizza and ranch arrive no wings. The time before that, I was missing toppings on my pizza. What makes it even worse is there is no compensation for their proven mess up. The other pizza company forgot my wings and refunded the whole bill. Pizza Hut messes up and they say "sorry, would you still like us to deliver your item? " I'm like we are not going to let our pizza get cold while we wait for wings, we like to eat them together lol So, order from here and take a big chance of having an error with your order!

The cheese breadsticks WHERE AWFUL! They where like regular bread sticks that someone barely SPRINKLED cheese on them then burned them. No flavor, no cheese, BURNED CRUSTED OVER. I have a pic if you want it. So so disappointing that someone thought it was ok to package burnt bread, we even paid a dollar extra for the cheesy sticks. It was not edible, NON of my kids wanted it, it went in the trash

Without having an account, the website kept me going in circles, but once in, all went really well, including the delivery service!

I order a pizza online and pizza was prepared incorrectly (totally different to what I ordered). Made me wait for 15 mins in the Hut to get a new pizza.even the new one is not the exact one I ordered. Very dissatisfied.

My youngest daughter loves your personal pan pizza and she loves the new box it comes in. Thank You and stay safe.
