Costumer service is great. Every order I made came at a perfect time, food arrived hot I am happy with the service I received.

Always enjoy the pizza here. Stuffed crust is the best but thin and crispy is a close second.

Quick service, fair prices, tasted good. Delivery person went above and beyond and was able to get my order to me while it was still hot despite my error in not including my unit number in my information (he called and asked me for the necessary information).

Horrible pizza order at this location it happens more than I like to admit it. Even the store manager remembers me by "oh your the one whos order we always mess up" not a good thing to be remembered by

This is no longer the family event Pizza Hut that we remember. This is a pizza factory and delivery location. Decent pizza, hot and what one expects.

How can there be SO MANY jalapeño butts on a single pizza? The dough tastes very similar to frozen pizza. But they deliver, so ‍️

I have never failed to tip, ever. Never even less than 20%. Ten minutes after my order, my phone rang from Pizza Hut. The employee told me that she needed to know if I was going to tip. I was in the service industry for 14 years and therefore I tip even on bad service. I was confused and said I was tipping cash. She then told me they would be dispatching my order in 25 minutes. I truly, truly will never order from this location again. Beyond rude and disrespectful in addition to holding my order hostage until they knew I would tip the driver. So unprofessional, so much competition there is no need to deal with bs. I will also attach a picture of my pizza yesterday that was delivered in a gross mess smushed in a ball on the side of the box. I also had to stay on the phone with the driver for several minutes as he could not find my apartment. I took a picture to show a friend, now it's handy for another reason. Go anywhere else for quality and customer service.

Very small location. The Asian lady that was at the register was very rude when I went rushing me and giving me attitude while I ordered, then after waiting 12 minutes for my order they gave me the wrong order. Also, the wings are very poor quality they are small and the bones break easily leaving many sharp bits of bones in each bite.

While arriving at the store 15 minutes after ordering, I waited approximately five minutes in the reception area before anyone came up front to greet or provide me with carryout order. By the time I arrived home, we needed to reheat the pizza as it had gone cold.

Bad service. I arrived on time to pick up my carry out. The cashier took my money. Then I waited 20 mins only for a cashier to come out and tell me my food had been sitting there ready. This was Friday the 17th of December at 9: 30p. Their excuse was that they were doing inventory, all the while they were singing and playing games from the sound of it.

This location has the absolute awful customer service. They offer curbside pick up but never answer the phone ever. I also he lady making the pizza not wearing a mask while making them and she put it on after she finally noticed me.

The pizza is not good. I’ve ordered 3 times in the past week and idk if they are making it different but my pizza is not good tasting and the crust is made like thin crust when I order hand tossed. After the second time I shoulda just not gone there again but I figured I’d give it another try cuz it’s close to my house. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Not to mention the delivery driver arrived at the door same time as me. He went in first and he just let the door close on me. So rude! Never coming here again

Actually follow the cooking instructions "Well done please"

Next pizza was well done, tasted great. But it had a piece of plastic embedded in the pizza that I had to spit out. ~1 inch long, slender twisted fragment. And I only got 1 of the two dips I ordered.

Picked up free birthday breadsticks and Marinara sauce. Not quite generous enough on the sauce tub to have enough for all the breadsticks. The bread dough was light and flavorful though.

Service was not nearly as quick as it has been in the past and the staff seen very unorganized.

My pizza was way overpriced 27.00 for a pizza, not sure I will order another at that price.
