Pizza Hut, Oceanside CA

Terrible service. Fumbled my delivery. Had me waiting an hour and a half for a pizza that never came. Called to see what was taking so long for this supposed 25-40 min delivery. They said the driver couldn’t find apartment, that they called and texted me but I received no notification. Wasted an hour and a half just to end up ordering a burrito off doordash. Thanks Pizza Hut, definitely calling corporate

I was skeptical due to the low rating but out of the 4 times I've ordered food here, each time my order has surpassed expectations.

Pizza came and slices were all over the box and wanted BBQ sauce in pizza but none in pizza

Detroit style pizza was perfect. Wings were crispy and tasty. Cinnabon we're very tasty and an excellent finish.

Spent $75 on pizza, wings and bread sticks. Bread sticks and wings were were fine. Both large pizzas were awful. One was pepperoni and bacon, but had ham and bacon mixed and a few pieces of pepperoni. Ordered extra cheese on bothe, but no extra cheese in my opinion. The worst thing was the pizza was done on top but the crust was not done! How disappointing

Awesome service. Super fast and they even can deliver on Camp Pendleton. Always ask for their deals when ordering over the phone. They’ve always found something that works great for us.

I had ordered a pizza, breadsticks and cinnabon rolls for my child who is in the Marines in Oceanside California. Me, being in Illinois was grateful for the ability to order him what he was craving. I asked him if everything was ok, and all he could say was it was delicious and thank you, Never knew a pizza could taste so good. YOU DID GOOD PIZZA HUT!

I have lived near this Pizza Hut for over 35 years so I have definitely frequented it numerous times. The last few times I have ordered at this location I came to pick it up. My order is always fresh and correct. The store is always very clean. The employees are all very respectful, friendly, and professional. Heidi is always very sweet and has a wonderful personality.

I asked for extra cheese on the pizza and there were areas no cheese was present. If I pay for an item to be added, I would like to receive it. The driver was very nice and his service was wonderful.

I ordered pizza and it never came I tried calling them and they would pick up and disconnect the call and when the manager called me the next day she said a manager attempted to deliver the order and that he would never lie … I’m like I didn’t say he was lying but I didn’t get the food a call or even any of you to pick up the phone never ordering here again food is overpriced too like to get quality for this price and treatment. To sum it up no food, manager or whatever was rude just now and the other lies

I really enjoyed the free pizza I redeemed my points for. But the honey BBQ wings had a strange odor when you bite into them and also the cinnamon rolls were under cooked.

The big dinner box is perfect. Rectangular slices are the perfect size to grab and go and the crust surface area is nice

The app is extremely easy to use and the location that made the delivery has always served my family great tasting food.

Ordered the Detroit Pizza and it did not look like the advertisment and it needed to be cooked longer as the bottom of the crust was a bit soggy.

Food was timely and more than anything tasted very good. Delivery person was professional and courteous.

Food is good, but customer service is seriously lacking. Had a missing item on my order and I tried to call for help and was hung up on three times before getting an answer, and then I was put on hold for twenty minutes.

The boxes the pizza and dessert arrived in were squished and misshapened. Other than that, everything was spot on.

I have ordered the same pizza for many years now, sausage and mushrooms. Did you change the recipe. It had been a few months we have not ordered it. Looking forward enjoying it but the experience was not the same. There was barely any sauce on this pizza, scattered amounts, mainly if we lifted the cheese, we could see the crust right below with no sauce. It was lacking the delicious sauce flavor we were able to enjoy with the regular amount of sauce. Do we now have to request and pay for extra sauce to enjoy the experience?
