Pizza Hut, Vista CA

Ordered online never received my order. When i received an alert that the driver was near i waited outside but the pizza never got here. I had to call to see what happened they said the driver came and knocked at my door and called. Not true because i was outside & no one came. The worker who took my call was rude and when i asked if i could pick up the order they had cancelled she said no i had to place a new order. No longer ordering from this rude establishment.

We opened up the app last night and realized it had been a year since we ordered from Pizza Hut.

Ordered a medium super supreme pan pizza and it was delicious. It was ready for pick up within about 10 minutes of ordering.

We usually only eat a couple of pieces, but my wife and I ate four pieces each and finish the entire pie in one sitting!

Kudos to whoever put the pizza together. The manager and the counter worker (Cindy) were incredibly nice.

We won’t wait another year until we order again.

Beat pizza hut serving Vista and oside. That place on cannon is a joke and so is the GM. This spot is friendly, helpful and they don't discriminate against you for being white like other pizza hut locations near by.

Pizza had no chesse crust looked old like they reused it, dry and hard.
This pizza hut menu price is not at all same as web site prices
I easily forgot how this pizza hut is over priced for horrible food.
Gotta skip it next time i want pizza

Absolute the worst service ever.ordered two pizzas one Hawaiian and one pepperoni and mushroom. Neither pizza was what we ordered and they refused to make it good.rude and incompetent.reporting this to the corporate.and they charged 38.89 $ ask the manager for his name and they hung up the phone.

Great service, dropped in for a carry out pizza and wings, everyone who works there is so nice! Great customer service! And it was so hot in there, they could use a better AC system

I walked in, the employees actually care about the service they offer. They all were smiling, you don't find that often these days. Very attentive, and the care for how they make their pizza is apparent, it was delicious! I will definitely be back to this location.

The “Manager” Joanna had no idea how to do a proper refund nor was she wearing a name tag (I don’t know the policy of wearing Name tags for this particular location but, it would have been great to be able to properly address who I’m speaking to). You can’t ask for extra sauce even if you offer to pay for it because apparently everything is already pre-measured. The pasta was very dry, the pizza was stiff as cardboard, and the wings were overcooked. This is sad because this WAS one of my favorite PizzaHut locations due to the great customer service and the food quality. I don’t know what happened overtime but wowzers. Thumbs down for sure.

Ordered the Big New Yorker (tasted great), wings and a brownie midday on Super Bowl Sunday and I live several miles away from the nearest Pizza Hut. I was expecting a delivery wait time around an hour or more. A friendly lady delivered my order (complete and how I ordered it) in less than 20 minutes! Everything was hot, fresh, and very tasty.

This hut has been messing up my order's and i don't know what it is my luck or the laziness of the employees on the phone

I placed an order online what's the first Pizza Hut before I realized they were about to close in 5 minutes. That was from the Oceanside boulevard and college boulevard Pizza hut. I went to go pick it up and they told me oh we're closed, they'll just refund your money. Would have been nice to know right? So I called another one that was open and it was kind of weird. The person on the phone seemed pleasant, interested in helping me, professional, courteous. Very strange for Southern California workers under 30 these days, am I right? Anyway got home and the pizza was exactly how I ordered it and delicious and.just kind if unexpected these days, almost felt like there was actual value in the experience! Lol

I never write reviews and I wanted to today because the customer service was amazing! Hector took my phone order and was so kind! Informed me of all the specials and did not rush me into making a decision. He was extremely patient with me and his communication skills was excellent! I picked up my order from Ashley and she was the sweetest. She also showed me my order to make sure it was correct. Kuddos to Hector and Ashley. Keep up the good work!
