Really excellent! The garlic knots are superb! The spagetti and meatballs are delicious! And the pizza is so tasty! All low salt but delicious!

Buddy and I went to Union Pizza. Hands down the best pizza I've had in California. They had a deal to get two slices and a drink for $7. Buffalo pizza was so good. Guy manning the oven with the beard was very nice. Asked how our food was, and it came out super quickly. Amazing service. Also had free cheese, pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning, whereas other places charge you. There's a domino's in this strip mall. Don't go there. The pizza here is too good to miss out on.

Prepping in the kitchen stood Chris, friendly and hardworking, meticulously adding mouthwatering pizzas to the 'by the slice' rack that was sitting on top of the counter. His warm smile and genuine hospitality set the tone for what would be a delightful pizza experience.

We were eager to explore the offerings and Chris wasted no time in sharing the specials of the day. Among them was a tantalizing Buffalo Chicken Pizza that immediately piqued our interest. He also mentioned the enticing 2 slice and a drink lunch special, which we couldn't resist taking advantage of. Our curiosity was piqued, and we decided to sample a slice of the Buffalo Chicken Pizza alongside a classic Pepperoni slice. We held off on warming them up at that time so we could enjoy them at home later on.

Later that night, I gently crisped up the slices in the oven, watching as the tantalizing aromas enveloped our kitchen, building the excitement for the first bite. The first slice we savored was the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Not a slice choice I'd generally make but Chris's enthusiastic recommendation had us intrigued, and we were grateful we followed his lead. The moment we took our first bite, we knew we had made the right decision. The crust, with its satisfying crispiness, provided a perfect foundation for the symphony of flavors that followed. The combination of zesty buffalo sauce and creamy ranch dressing atop the slice created a harmonious dance of spiciness and savory indulgence on our taste buds. I've been searching for a good sicilian pie since I moved here 7 years ago from Queens NY. I work in Oceanside and live in Poway. After doing a search for scicilian pizza, I found Union Pizza. I drove 30 minutes home and when I opened the box, I was happy but a little confused. The pie was thinner than what I expected BUT the taste and dough consistency was spot on. End of the day, I would definitely recommend Pizza Union. I'll be swinging thru on the regular guys!

We do love the food here. It has been on a semi regular rotation for us since we found it. Their pizza is very tasty, and pasta is better than OSF at a far more reasonable price. Definitely worth it.

While the place seems to offer some great pizza and other options, the three-topping pizza I got was one of the worst I've ever eaten; oily and not very flavorful; it was also so floppy, it was hard to hold, and the thin crust was almost thinner than the pepperoni. Plus it was too expensive; Dominos in the same shopping center was better. Sorry, but I will never go here again.

This is the BEST pizza I’ve had in San Marcos and within the surrounding areas. The sauce is next level and homemade dough. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

The pizza is amazing. The meatball subs also amazing. But even better is the customer service. They sell pizza dough here and every time I get dough, the guy is So dang nice. He asks what I’m making, he goes over his advice on how to proof, roll out, and just completely execute my plans. He sets me up for success and knows his business. You rock dude.

Had one of the best Pizzas here and the Cashier/ cook was very friendly and made sure we were happy with our meal. The pizza only took about 10-15 minutes just like he said. My son wanted me to make sure I gave this place 5 stars!

Stopped through on my way to San Diego from LA. I needed a good New York slice and this place is beyond. It’s so so so so good! The owner is so nice and they had a great lunch special. I can’t get pizza like this in Colorado, so thanks so much! Do not pass up this pizza.
