3This place is so uncomfortable to visit. You walk through the front door, and they tell you to wait out in the lobby. Then they stare at you for several minutes, then they tell you to come in and take a seat. And at least in my experience this is followed by a representative staring at her computer saying absolutely nothing for 3 to 5 minutes. Definitely a very Orwellian experience.
I was able to walk in without an appointment. There's no way to get any immediate answers by phone, you can leave a message but it takes them a couple of days to get back to you. So if you need immediate attention, walk in is what you need to do. But don't forget, the only open till noon on Friday.
I worked with Jacob K.and a few other staff members over the last few months. They are the best! All were polite, professional and very helpful. Can't thank them enough.
