Nothing but headaches and can't access my money. My first bank is not an option and cannot be linked on mobile. I opened an account at an approved bank, I'm logged in and 100% sure my password is correct yet their software says my credentials are incorrect. And no customer service phone number!

It would be nice if there was customer service. Looking for over 30 minutes for an email to write to or a phone number to call. What a joke.

I used Plaid to connect my bank to Kraken and didn't understand there would be a 7 day hold on the funds instead of the usual 48-72 for ACH transfer. Apparently a 7 day hold is posted in fine print. Unacceptable, it should be a notification pop-off that you click on.
