They used to bait and switch for reviews. I used to go here for the PC's, and people would come in for the VR deal, and the owner would tell them if they didn't 5 star review they wouldn't get the deal. So take the reviews with a pinch of sault

Terrible service, they said they would fix my desktop in 2 days, it’s been over 3 days and no call still. When you try to call them during business hours they don’t answer. When you try to leave a voicemail THEY DONT ANSWER! Horrible service. This will be the last time I bring my computer here. I highly don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very cool gaming and Cyber cafe, with 2 dozen gaming rigs loaded with the latest games available, including AR and VR rigs.

Cool place to play some games, refund time lost while updating too. The guy working Thursday morning was super awesome, shout out for all the help he gave me!

Brought my computer in brand new parts not only couldnt they fix my computer they told me theyd call me back about the computer to never contact me again.

Used to come here all the time to watch people play HoN. I think an ex professional player named DougieBonez used to play here all the time. Miss watching those guys play

Had my I-phone screen replaced. Paid extra money for "better" screen. It lasted only one week before it was cracked. They say it my fault and will not take care of replacement. Would not recommend for repairs.

I absolutely love this place. The people who I made contact with (Sid and Joe) are absolutely wonderful. This place is amazing for any of your computer needs, a place to game and fun, and hey. Not a bad location for a quick video shoot! Thanks again for amazing service!

Dropped this pc off, its issues were disclosed, took nearly a month before they can fix the issue I had.once picked up, they explained the cause of the problem so I bought the part needed. 3days later the part came in, i built the pc overnight & my pc still wouldn’t work!

so for anyone reading this, please look elsewhere because they’ll just waist your time

Went here once for a laptop repair two years ago they said it would take a week but repaired in two days! The price was kind of high but they fixed my laptop and It still works fine.

Terrible service. On the website it says that the diagnosis is free, but in the place they tell you that it is 35 dollars for the diagnosis that can be deducted if you fix your equipment on the spot. In addition to wanting to charge me $ 110 to remove a virus from my laptop and install an antivirus, they also lost my charger, I had to go to the place twice. Terrible place, very expensive, terrible attitude and they give you other products that are not yours. Don't come to this place.

My nine year old iMac big screen computer crashed 3 mos ago, giving a white screen due to fried video Card. At the Apple store in Tampa Mall the Genius bar tech said the video card needed replacement but it will take a week or longer as the computer was more than 7 years old. The next week, the store was closed for Covid. The store reopened last week after 3 months. I got a message that computer can be picked up but not repairable due to age. I took my computer to Planet Cyber store because of their advertising truck parked on the road! The guys at the store told me I needed a video card but added extra charges for cleaning the HD for "possible" virus, then dust cleaning and labor for a total of 400 dollars after a small discount. The video card was 130 dollars!

After I brought the computer home, I noticed that the CD drive was not working, which was never an issue before. Also, the software restoration from back up HD did not work. I took the computer back to the store twice. The tech said I will be charged for diagnosing the drive issue and restoration of software, even though these guys caused the problem. WHAT A RIP OFF! I will never go to this store again, neither should you!

Spent a good amount of my adolescent here during the summer time play games. Good AC and Fast PCs. Overall a Fun Spot! Glad It's still around.
