There is a picture of an employee cleaning the equipment. I've been at this planet Fitness for 3 months and I've never seen anyone clean the equipment!

I was getting tons of email saying free sign up when there last night to sign up they saying something that doesn't make sense, what she said is u pay $1 down and $15 sign up fee. The $16 is not a big deal but they are lying

Very good Gym, just one more thing to be great, let us take one small bag because there are people (like me) that we have some tools for exercise and takes a lot of time to go back to the cabinets to take what we need.that’s all

I've been a member of planet fitness for a little over 3 years now. What I really like about them is they keep the place spotless before covid-19 even started. They are top-notch and very professional and they know who I am and call me by name when I come in. Planet fitness North Highlands California is the place to be.

Signed up at this location 4 months ago and everything was going smooth until I tried to cancel my membership! The front desk manager PRISCILLA was no help at all she refused to cancel my membership due to late fee of $10 I was unaware of. My card is charged every month on the 16th at $22 and my annual fee of $39 was paid 05/01/2021 and I explained to her I just spent a lot of money to be at your location is there anything I can do to avoid paying $10 late fee which I wasn’t responsible of! I showed PRISCILLA my bank account of the date I was charged and I had money in my account for the said date I was “late” but now it feels like I am being taken advantage of! Ten dollars is a small bargain for this club to keep me at this location but due to unprofessionalism at the MANAGER position they did not allow me to discuss any solutions to my problem and insisted on dismissing my issue. Will no long advise anyone of my friends or family to sign up at PF!

Find another gym! Save your money and time! Charging people during the pandemic and after canceling the membership! This place has the worse people at the front desk (Don and Austin) with unprofessional mannerisms and unwillingness to answer the questions or help you out with any type of questions! They did not even try to help me to find their costumer services number online, to find out why my account had been charged during the pandemic, and would not let me work out or help me get in contact with a manager! PRECELLA, the assistant manager also was super unhelpful and had no desire to help answer my questions! Everyone is totally ignorant and unprofessional! They said that they will charge my account to type in my phone number for checking in because they won't give out access cards anymore and my phone does not have space to download the app! What a joke!

My first night using them not a bad place and very convenient for me since I live just around the corner from location. Will try again the next night. A plus as well being 24hrs.

Clean and easy to use. I really like getting here early to start my day, ahead of the crowd. My only complaint is that they just can't seem to get rid of that funky odor from the shower stalls. The restrooms were "cleaned", but look like they're overdue for a deep cleaning.

I live around the corner so I enjoy the walk on nice days to the NH location, their staff is always friendly and informative, the facility is always clean and orderly. I'm a Black Card Member and I truly enjoy the benefits for the price, standard and stand up Tanning Beds, Hydro Massage Table and Massage Chairs; as well as, the Total Body Enhancement bed, not to mention the advantages of a trainer or the option to work out, yourself, in their state of the art Gym! I have to share that PF's prices are unbeatable, so for under $25 a month, I think everyone deserves to pamper themselves with the Black Card Membership, after a hard work out, you deserve that massage table or chair! Thanks PF for your awesome staff and for bringing an affordable, positive, healthy way of life to our neighborhood.

Great gym, with everything I need for my fitness. Friendly staff and they are helpful. Clean areas for your health and safety.

Staff is very friendly and they have disinfect bottles and paper towls in a lot of places. Staff was going around and disinfecting as well as members were disinfecting there own area before they left it.

I am glad gyms are open but to what extent. How can you open a gym and have to wear a mask while doing cardio! I'm surprised ppl are not fainting while running on treadmill while suffocating in your mask!
If that is the case close cardio machines or don't open gyms until you can fully use all equipment without restrictions!

I deleted my first review and this is my second. I was wondering if the mask rule is still there. I went to this gym and they told me to wear a mask and after I showed them what the owner wrote they said "they were probably not updated about this" so I'm wondering if I need to wear a mask or not? The workers tell me I need to wear a mask at all times including when I was running on the tredmill. Also if the owner can provide me with an email so I can follow up just in case would be much appreciated.

I deleted a 3 star review that I made 3 weeks ago and upgraded to 5 as the staff and members are doing a much better job with Covid mandated Regulations.

I just so happy that it's open and here in that location. I see a body difference already. No judgement zone. Clean and sanitize.
