My location is Euclid and I LOVE THE MORNING STAFF! They are friendly n very helpful! Martin has showed me equipment that was easy for me to use. And makes me feel welcome!
Thanks for making this as simple for me as possible!

You might get stabbed in the pitch black parking lot.bathroom is always filthy.no toilet paper. 50% time.over crowded.

Always very clean and sanitize, in looker room and showers, plenty of machines, great atmosphere and music, to keep you pumping iron,

HydroMassage! Try it. If u are achey.if anything, the membership is worth it for this. It's clean and nice here. And good customer service. I haven't been in a gym for decades. I walk outside. But now going to this gym.the massage chairs got me there lol. Please try here a d the hydromassage. It literally calmed ally aches. This was better massage than the chiropractor roller table. It's therapeutic. I'm telling u.

Love coming to this gym, usually come in later so there’s not as many people around. Never had an issue with any machines being broken or out of order, bathrooms/lockers always in good shape. Employees are friendly and other gym goers leave you alone and don’t make you feel uncomfortable.

Great women’s locker room except the sinks aren’t by the toilets (odd…) and the showers are room-temp.
I’m paying for a membership that includes quality showers and somehow a lot of locations around here have cold showers, which means I have to drive home to wash up and then drive back out to town.

Equipment is not working and outdated, message chairs are old and outdated. Very disappointing, gyms in Kentucky, Mississippi and Ohio are better maintained.
Ownership needs to visit and understand issues.

Equipment is clean (if people clean after themselves as they should) other than that ya'll need a security guard to be dealing with the tweakers. OWNER OF THIS GYM. IT ISN'T YOUR EMPLOYEES JOB TO BE DEALING WITH TWEAKERS HIRE A SECURITY!

It's clean, the staff is friendly and not pushy, not too crowded, decently priced, and has ample parking

Very good and highly recommended. They really do their best to make us make that they are doing the best we can so we, the customers, will have the best experience.

Twice in less than a month you aren't opened at time advertised. I also see a post from 3 months ago that says you aren't opened when you should be. This is a pattern you haven't corrected. This really hinders consistency.

Come at 7 on Sunday and the gym don't open until 7: 30 or 7: 45. Have to wait outside so many times with the pre-workout, imagine how it feels.

Moved to this location from the University Village location in Rolando Village. Despite the sketchy area, this gym is pretty top tier. Equipment is much better in terms of variety. Couple constraints is how dirty the bathroom is on a regular basis and couple of the equipment being very worn out. Coming to gym anytime after 4: 30 pm is surely to be met with large crowds and long waits.

It’s affordable, clean, and at least at this location, it doesn’t feel like anyone judges you there. Staff are so friendly and easy going. No intimidation at all.

Well I called to speak with the manager about producing the show with the general an artist dad is training to get his health and fitness on track we will connect saddle him create a public service announcement but we've not yet heard from the management

The gym is fine but the showers are incredibly gross and dirty. I shower here multiple times a week and I haven’t seen anyone clean for weeks. Don’t recommend this location at all!
