Music super loud, more than all locations ive been to, and hot, no AC high carbon dioxide during the winter

It's the Mc Donald's of gyms. It works in a pinch, but its definitely no Lifetime Fitness!

I was there had a cup of coffee but when I went for a refill they wanted to charge me full price instead of the refill price because they forgot to put a sticker on my cup. Wow. To top it off, I was about to buy like 100 dollars worth of cups for Xmas. So they turned down 80 dollars for 50 cents Great economics and this as never happened to me at any Starbucks I have been to across the country

Staff is they greet you when you come in and are very respectful. Probably the cleanest gym I’ve ever worked out in. Then you get a massage on your way out, greeted again by staff upon exit. A+

I was racially profiled by the staff. As a white male I was singled out for having a bag. Multiple non-white males had bags, however manager said nothing to them.

I even pointed out other bags, manager said "there are no other bags out here bro. "

I was the only white male.

They require your bank account info to start a membership. Credit cards can't be used. Don't let them fool you. This is so you have no power to stop them from charging you. You should never give out your bank details because if that data ever gets leaked you have no way of protecting yourself. Not worth the risk.

It's the Gym.
No it's a Great Place. Always clean, the staff is amazing to say the least.

Good gym has all the essentials, gets packed in peak hours in the morning, afternoon and night and the app doesn't accurately reflect how much people are there. Has showers, clean restrooms and water fountains.

This is a really good gym for those looking to lose weight and get back in shape. However if you want to do power lifting or body building you'll see what I mean when you see this gym.

Everything is super clean and nice but I’m kind of mad because one guy don’t let my guest get a hydro massage with me, and the other day they did

My complaint, is that there should be a limit to how long to use a Smith machine (4 machines). I am there to workout, not to hang with my buds and BS around the machine, not use it and just talk (seems to happen between 4 and 7pm). This seems to be a constant problem and always seems to take my routines from a 1 hour session to almost 2 hours. This shouldn't be. Also the cordoning off of certain areas (including the smith machine) for the classes while great, creates an issue as we have to navigate around the closed area trying to not disturb the training session while trying to get equipment that is in that area. Also additional kettlebells would be a nice plus. Also they don't fix machines in a timely manner.

This businesses needs to be shut down period for charging someone card that didn't open the account. First I'd should match the credit card. They will be getting sued soon

Jada and the team are great at this location. And the facilities are super clean. Great PF location!

Enjoyed my work out. Full from 9 am to about 10-11 pm. Which there was more free weights available.

Great staff and very clean. Peak times aren't so bad if you good a plan. Heavy on cardio equipment and limited on weights. You should be fine with alternatives

Small place and to crowded and have to wait to use the machines because is to much people for a small place and the staff is rude.

Great to be back. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 2 employees were doing a deep clean of the machines
