Planet Fitness, Torrance CA

Packed all day and all night with people who don't know what they are doing. Lack of machines and the staff is blah. I only come here to poop when I'm nearby and have to go. 24hr is a real gym, this place is just a retirement home basically.

For the price, it's great! It is a lot cleaner than 24 hour fitness! Locker rooms at least, womens, if clean and nice. However, there is a lot of dust in the Cardio area overhead. So if you have allergies, watch out!

Cool staff Justine was very helpful with the set up and explaining the breakdown of everything she was very honest and straight forward and even tho we kept her laughing the whole time she still was very professional kudos I will definitely bring more people in to her for membership.

We are visiting this location from out of town (we live in Denver) and we are SO impressed by the level of customer service. Chris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I wish this were my home gym. Better maintained, customer service is a bit better, still way over populated and parking is better than neighboring gyms.

Went in to look for the manager because she works from 9 to 5 and one of her employees tells her that she left at 3: 30 and they don't know why not very reliable manager

Each location is differs in some equipment in one way or another due to size of building and possible placement. Staff is friendsly, Equipment is well kept. Women's has 3 toilets 3 changing rooms and 4 showers. Mens has 2 toilets 3 changing rooms and 4 showers. The showers are usually pretty cleaned. But that depends on the type of people that frequent the location. I believe the cerritos location has the best shower facilities and by cleanliness as well as people in the area take care of the facility much better then the patrons at this torrance location. Especially in the men's its lazy lowbrow individuals that leave items or make a mess. Usually it will be in the 1 hour or 2 hour round the staff will come and clean.

Good gym for cardio and weight machines. Could be a better gym by adding jump ropes and weighted medicine balls. Too many treadmills. Remove excess treadmills and add space for squat lunges and other cardio exercises such as jumping rope.

This place was awesome! I had to stop going due to far distance from my place, but 30 minute workout section is useful and the free classes trainer was great

Big. Cheap. Does what it's supposed it. It would be nice to have normal squat racks and bench presses tho

Ridiculous. Only one trainer for newbies and he's only available certain days and hours. I feel ripped off by them.
