Planet Fitness, Santa Ana CA

Been trying to cancel my membership for the and they find a sneaky way to charge you and from $10 now I'm being charged $25 per month. They keep saying you have to go in person to cancel. Do not come here.

Club is okay but People here are are the most judgemental, rude, unkind people. They complain about homeless smelling bad THEN complain about homeless taking a shower! Too many mentally ill selfish people. PF should ban ignorant, mean girls and guys.

The person at the front desk saw my email when I checked in and started sending me tons of emails. Really scary experience! I cancelled my membership

Staff is friendly, equipment sometimes is broken. A lot of people go to just be on their phones while on the machines ‍️ When it rains or sometimes even when it doesn't there water leaking. Overall ok for beginners wanting to start working out.

What's the Benefit in telling a Black Card Member they can't use the Electricity and WiFi (In the BC Room) ? Marco Likes to use the Gym on His off Days to Treat Customers Badly, What I Hate is when People Make up their own Policies at their Place of Work When it's Beneficial. But Where's the Benefit Here? Telling Customers you can't Eat but there's Food Sold in the Gym, This Type of Behavior Should be Observed by upper Management and it is very Unfortunate. Territorial, Manipulative and Rude.

Rude worker. Said goodbye take care and she looked at me with a blank expression. The customers shouldn't be more polite than the workers.

I Would of given 3 stars but Customer Service is very Poor, Alissa Told my friend she couldn't bring a guest when she was at the Gym by herself smdh. Why do they treat the Gym like we're invading their space? ‍️‍️‍️

I’m very relaxed, I’m not embarrassed to exercise around people. And I’m getting what I went there for, peace of mind.

Planet Fitness is a go to gym:) definitely a place to start from zero and self motivate yourself without being judged.

One star due to the horrible attitude of the staff, whose number one responsibility is to be FRIENDLY AND POLITE, yet they are typically rude petulant and uninterested. It’s a disgrace, not one of these PF employees would have a job at my business after one day. Shameful and I’m over it, going to pay more and go elsewhere.

I love Planet Fitness. Why? Clean, simple to utilize the services, inviting environment and the plans are reasonably priced. I like having the ability to access most gyms 24/7.

Pretty clean and great for late night workouts. The front desk attendant Jesse is always helpful and kind! His customer service is awesome and makes coming to the gym enjoyable.

We got our bikes stolen from here and we went up to the front desk to ask for the footage from the cameras but they came up with excuses saying that the cameras were pointing at the bikes and that even if they had access to the footage they would need to ask corporate or someone in charge for the footage and then after they told us that they kept saying that it took long cuz we needed to comb through it just to make sure that they have someone walking into the frame and out of the frame with the bikes and then told us that they'll send us all the footage took down our emails and never sent us anything, we also saw people who told us that they got their bikes stolen from here and the people at the front desk didn't do anything to help us out afterwards or even during the fact. Gyms clean though maybe fix a lot of the out of order stuff.

It's a great place to work out. It has the needed equipment for a complete exercise routine. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Planet fitness has the rudest most disrespectful members on the planet. I went there this morning and will look for another fitness center. I'm canceling my membership with planet fitness. Their members and management simply does not care about their members. We are all paying members and should all be given fair access to free weights. I was there this morning and a member had 5 sets of weights out around his bench so not one other member could use those weights. You can only workout with one set at a time. Planet fitness says they have a policy in regards to this but no one adheres to this policy. I am done with planet fitness and it's intimidating rude members.

I always enjoy getting in a good work out 3 to 4 times a week. The machines are new and clean, the staff has always been welcoming. There are plenty of cardio machines, cleaning stations and accommodating bathrooms. Did I mention massage chairs? Yeah it is worth the money to get a gym pass. So stop making excuses and make it happen!
