I don’t get why are u guys closing at 11 I’m a iron worker and sometimes I only have time to train around 2 or 3am ima have to switch to 24hour fitness if u guys keep closing early

I've had pretty much only positive experiences here. The staff are friendly and the equipment and gym overall are very clean. The only downsides off the top of my head are shrinking open hours and the number of smith machines. Even at 5: 30 AM it can be difficult to find an open smith machine, and sadly the opening time has been pushed to 5: 00 AM, making getting that pre-work workout in a bit more difficult.

The workout was tough and easy to follow. The instructor brought great energy and I liked the feel of the gym and class. It seemed like a community. Will definitely be back.

Certain machines are placed in areas while being detailed oriented where one can do a specific target exercise without feeling uncomfortable. I have attended other PF and this one location in Chino has become my favorite.

Very well organized and very clean, and any questions are answered on the spot. Machines are kept in good condition. Everyone cleans up after themselves—accommodating staff.

The first time I went to Planet Fitness was actually this branch and I was a guest. However I am now a gym member who switched from Crunch Fitness. I love my time here at this branch, it is spacious and the environment isn't so bad.

However this branch and the one in Pomona needs to improve on their cleanliness. Its not as bad as the branch in Pomona but every time I pick up a plate as well as using the squat rack/ bench press machine, my hands get dirty. A little disappointed but everything else is okay.

Great place to work out. Clean, I can do without the music but, that is what people want now a days:) I love it though.

Update update: they renovated the showers. Although they got the thinnest and smallest shower curtains known to humanity, the showers themselves are a huge upgrade

Very clean and most of the staff I met are kind and helpful. It is a inconvenience that it isn’t open 24 hours and it affects workout schedules.

It's my home gym I wish they stayed open 24 hours during the weekend but other then that it's got everything I need for a lift off

I've been a Planet Finess member since 2016 and have been to many different Planet Fitnesses over the years. Planet Fitness Chino shows next level professionalism. It's clean and they keep the equipment in good condition. If something is out of order or dirty, staff do everything they can to quickly fix the problem. This could be a model of how Planet Fitnesses should run. Milan and Miranda are excellent and they both have wonderful work ethic. They don't wait to be told what to do-they are actively looking for ways to help. Thank you.

I liked everything except in the summer when they let the teenagers come for free! It was way too crowded and most of them hog the machines and they're constantly on their phones.

Fairly decent gym. Not very busy, but it lacks a lot of equipment to get a full work out. Very small free weight selection. They have mostly machines which limits mobility and fully engaging the muscles.

It’s a decent gym, I enjoy the atmosphere but they really need to do something About those showers. Those shower curtains are horrendous, idk why they don’t replace them
At least once a month like we do at home. In fact they should be changed more than that in a public setting. That’s my only issue here is they need a real cleaning crew to come in and take care of those bathrooms. The staff just can’t do it all and it’s unfair to have to make them watch the front, run the floor and clean…

Since the day I went to tour this gym, it was very clean which is impressionable during times like these. Now, as a member the gym still remains clean. I see the staff going around refilling the cleaning stations and wiping down gym material. I really appreciate that. By constantly seeing them going around, it reminds me to wipe my stuff before and after use. So far, all the staff are nice and the gym is big. Not too many machines out of service. Changing from 24 hour fitness was good for me.

The equipment is in very good condition and people are good at wiping down equipment after they use it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is kept very clean.
